Friendly, informative, but property needs maintenance. The people were nice and friendly and informative. The office, gym and pool look very nice. It’s when you look the rest of the common areas, like the hallways, and pay attention to the details. The property needs paint. The units are nice.

Elevator in my building has been broken for 6 weeks, I live in a third floor apartment. The elevator was broken when I moved in, but was told it was fixed. The day before my move was scheduled I picked up keys, most apartments do a walkthrough at move in, not here, obviously because they didn’t want to be with me when I saw that the elevator was not working. I immediately returned to the office to ask about elevator and they were gone. I think I was played big time! They don’t return e-mails or phone calls. They make promises they don’t keep, once they get your money that’s it, they got what they want and don’t care about anything else. They will probably comment on this saying to contact them but they don’t answer back. They deserve no stars

Regrettably, my stay at "The Edison Apartments" has been nothing short of a nightmare, prompting me to give it a dismal 1/5 star rating. One of the most glaring issues is the water quality, which is overburdened with chlorine, rendering it unpleasant to use. To make matters worse, the faucets are coated with a disgusting layer of grime and stubborn residue buildup, making basic hygiene a struggle. The recent change in ownership has only compounded our problems, as the new proprietors seem disinterested in addressing these pressing concerns. The leasing staff's incompetence has led to frustration in communication and problem resolution, while the maintenance team's inefficiency leaves much to be desired. Furthermore, the early closure of the pool at 8 PM and the overly restrictive access gates make residents feel like they're living under unnecessary rules, reminiscent of middle school. This is far from the luxurious and accommodating living experience we were promised. As my partner and I eagerly await the end of our lease, I strongly caution future renters to exercise extreme caution and consider alternative housing options that won't leave them questioning their sanity and regretting their choice. "The Edison Apartments" have proven to be far from the haven of luxury and excellent amenities they claim to be.

#1 complaint will be that the main gate for the entrance are always broken, never fixed and left wide open for months. So they let anyone come in? The office will tell you it's just for 'the flow of traffic' and not meant for security. So why have a gate? There's nothing 'gated community' about this place. But don't worry, you're given a gate access code for 'security' when you move in. People will tailgate in behind you, even if the gates are working, so you're not sure if the car behind you is a resident. It's something they can't ever seem to get right or fix. If gated security is a priority, this place is not for you.
I have rented there for a year unfortunately as the pool is often closed and the staff is incompetent
Horrible complex, full of trash, thrown food and covered in dog poop and pee wherever you look, gates never work and paper thin walls. Most residents you speak to walking around regret choosing this apartment complex.
I toured these apartments today, they are absolutely beautiful and the amenities are absolutely amazing. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable. Megan was so friendly and informative. The clubhouse is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend looking into this property
