The Edison at Blue Springs used to be a great place to live — now it’s like watching a slow-motion train wreck run by new management with zero clue what they’re doing. Dog waste? Everywhere. Piles so big they could’ve come from a small horse. It’s a full-on obstacle course out there. Guests notice. Everyone notices. Management? Not so much. Rents raised mid-lease. Leases “extended” without consent. Utility bills that magically double or triple overnight. And the “proof” they show? Let’s just say Photoshop got a workout. Office hours: 9–5, Monday through Friday, closed weekends — because who needs to talk to management if you work for a living, right? Grounds? Jungle mode. Grass barely mowed, patios look like mud pits, parking’s a joke, and what used to be a drug-free complex now smells like a dispensary. Rumor has it one unit’s doing more than rolling joints. The maintenance crew are the only heroes left — truly holding this sinking ship together with duct tape and willpower. If you still decide to move in after this review, may God bless your lease, your shoes, and your sanity.
