Property Ratings at The Edge
Lots of extra hidden fees with this place. Poor service. Extreme move out charges. They sell more parking passes than they have available. They fill the apartment with pointless amenities so they can charge you more.
The management does not care. They try every thing just to squeeze a buck out of you. There is no upkeep to the apartments or the surrounding area. Ultimately, not worth it and the staff is super unhelpful. It seems the sole objective of the owner is to gouge any extra dollars from every resident.
We would love for simple maintenance requests to be handled in a timely manner”. It’s been over a month without a washer and we have been told that they are “trying” to fix it but there hasn’t been a maintenance department for some time and some units are a priority because they have no AC. Really… No AC in Florida? That’s unacceptable. I empathize with those units but I also want my washer fixed.
Dirtiest place I've ever seen. Common areas and inside units. Terrible management. Push buttons for security gates within reach from outside. Elevators rarely work. Poor outdoor lighting.
Good: : rent is competitive, location is nice, close to UWF, target, publix, easy access to highways. Room was fine, private bathroom and shower for each room is nice. Pool is fine ave large. Bad: Common areas like hallways, dog park, stairways, & trash dumpster area are atrocious, filthy, scummy, smelly and gross. Property management should be ashamed to never order pressure washing and cleaning of common areas. Both grills at pool area are rusted inside and broken, out of gas and unusable. If things were washed and cleaned and the busted grills fixed, this place could be 5 stars. It’s a shame it’s so shabby. The Residents do a lousy job putting their trash in the dumpsters.
Super clean maintenance comes right away fixing problems!! Leasing office works with you any problem you’re having they do the best solving bathroom and kitchen design look better than most apartments in the Pensacola area pool and club is always clean as well as the yoga and gym
Do not move here they’re money hungry and the biggest joke
I lived at the edge for almost 3 years and loved it. I always felt safe and getting to and from campus was a breeze. I'm so grateful I found this place and will really miss the friendly staff.
I have enjoyed living at The Edge! My apartment is super nice and I love the amenities here! Especially the pool! Office staff has always been super helpful, too! Location is super convenient to campus!
