Green Bay combines small-city comfort with metropolitan amenities, anchored by the iconic Green Bay Packers and Lambeau Field. Downtown's CityDeck along the Fox River hosts community events and outdoor dining from spring through fall. The city offers outdoor attractions like the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary and Green Bay Botanical Garden, while Bay Beach Amusement Park provides family entertainment with its historic roller coaster and rides. Housing spans from the historic Broadway District to newer developments across the city, with current rental rates averaging $928 for one-bedroom apartments and $1,167 for two-bedroom units, reflecting a 3.1-3.7% annual increase.
The Meyer Theatre and Weidner Center present performances throughout the year, while the Neville Public Museum explores regional history and science. The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay campus enriches the community's educational landscape.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Edge Community - 100 W. Walnut St.
We recently moved back to the Green Bay area and absolutely love living at Rivers Edge Apartments. Spacious rooms, friendly neighbors and right in the middle of great restaurants and entertainment.....and did I mention, right on the Fox River. The management team is helpful and accommodating. You'll enjoy living here. Don & Nancy Vande Yacht
In my opinion this place is overpriced compared to other options in the area and they keep raising monthly rent. There are very few amenities in the actual building, which for the price to me in unacceptable. My biggest complaint is the exercise equipment is in the middle of the lounge so you have to run while others are sitting there watching TV or what have you, it's very awkward. Additionally the management, while good at responding to issues, are also very strange. They sell the patio/balcony as an asset to the apartment but then send you passive aggressive letters when you use it if it doesn't look exactly like they want it to. The only big plus is the walls are very thick so it's very quiet, even when my obnoxious upstairs neighbors move their furniture around. However, all appliances and other aspects of the apartments are outdated. It's a trade off. Everything was worth it for me in the end because I value quiet above everything else, which is why I give it 3/5. I'll be glad to move out at the end of my lease however for somewhere cheaper with more amenities.
I have been here for a year. It is actually quite nice when I first settle here. Nice one bedroom. Management team are helpful. But later i found out we cannot put plant buckets on the patio, drunk people screaming at the middle of the night, partyish college kids upstairs, and limited gym equipment. So for a $670 rent (2015, street view, river view cost more), not include electricity (which could easily go up to $80 a month during winter) with outdated amenities. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. If your budget is tight, try somewhere else you may even get a $590 apt with 2 bedrooms. If your budget could be stretched and really want the Fox river view, try the newly built apt across the river.
My Sister and I live right on the Fox River , in Green Bay WI. The best part is watching the ships come into port.. We have a 2 Bdrm 2 Bat Apt and each have like our own side of the Apt.. Who could ask for anything more..
