Property Ratings at The Edge
The apartment itself was clean and a great fit for a college student. Move-in was smooth, and the online payment system worked well. Management was responsive during the lease — at first. However, since my son moved out over two months ago, we’ve had zero communication from the property. We have not received any portion of the security deposit, nor have we been provided with an invoice or itemized statement explaining how it was used — which is required. At this point, we will be contacting the corporate office directly.

The worst property management I've ever dealt with. Frequent internet outages, never resolved. Went over a month without a stove and received no compensation. No one in the front office knows what they're talking about and they will lie to you and contradict themselves. Do not ask for help because you will not get any. Do not rent from this company. All they want is your money.
It's great As soon as I saw this community I loved it awesome staff fast friendly replies great area to raise kids and continue school
