Terrible experience. As a student renter please please please read reviews when deciding where to live because they are very fortelling of how your living experience will be like. I would call so many times and I keep going to voicemail, they put the wrong rent amount on our lease agreement (which shows there is lack of communication on their end), I called the office to ask a question because I thought our Deposit amount was wrong (called 7 times and no answer) the Leasing Professional finally picked up and she immediately gave me attitude saying "I don't make mistakes sweetie" and giving me a condescending voice and tone. Honestly worst experience of my life and terrible management. I was also just informed today that our lease contract was terminated before we had the chance to move in. It's very sad because if we did not have a place to live we would be homeless.
Overpriced and poor management. Management will not help you if you ever have a problem. Our roommate refused to leave the apartment and we were almost evicted as well. Very disappointed with the way the complex handled the situation. We ended up losing hundreds of dollars.

Move-in was easy. Great location and helpful staff. The apartment complex is old.

As an apartment that has a free parking lot per unit and laundry machine and dryer inside the apartment, the price is pretty good. Even though a little far from school, but it's still fast to go to school if we take the highway during busy hours. Also, the edge is one of the only communities that has basketball court. The apartment is also pretty close to grocery stores. Very quite apartments with good management and staff.

This is the worst apartment I have ever stayed. The two girls in the leasing office are absolutely rude and unprofessional, and they constantly make mistakes. They don't show any respect to the tenants and try to deny any request from the tenants. The apartment is very old and really not worth the expensive rent. The maintainance guy is nice, though. Overall, I strongly don't recommend The Edge Apartments.

Highlights of living at The Edge: cathedral ceilings, washer and dryer in every unit, fireplace in every unit, patio/balcony in every unit, modern appliances, family friendly, beautiful pool, full size basketball court, Unitrans bus stop at the entrance of the complex, lovely park and entrance to Davis Bike Loop half a block from the complex, restaurants and grocery store 10 minutes walking distance. Moving to Davis, CA come live at The Edge
