Don’t know her name but has a bunch of tattoos is very immature and rude. Couldn’t even ask her a question without her snapping at me. apartments look nice but suck dryer has always been broken since i got it lived her for 8 months already and it’s still not fixed. ac went out never had my ac gone out anywhere else i’ve lived. Wall is literally curved in the bathroom. Wood floor was coming up in the kitchen when moving in. Sharp wood piece was hanging off the patio door when moving in. Not worth the rent.

Moved out here from out of state and love it, great apartment community, very clean place and very nice, leasing office and staff are amazing and helpful.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the amenities are very nice. Location is in a great spot, with a nearby grocery store and several gas and food locations. Property is well maintained and cleaned every day. Rent is a reasonable price.

Property Managers and Maintenance are always on top of things, they are very helpful!

I’ve been living here going on 3 years now. I’ve never felt more comfortable in my little home. There are many advantages here for me such as the gym and if i want to relax… the pool always keeps me cool when it’s the season for swimming. Management is amazing and very helpful.

After living here for a few months, I couldn't be happier with my choice. The apartment is clean, quiet, and the management is always helpful and quick to address any issues. It's a comfortable and convenient place to live!

Been living here for a while. Echelon has reasonable rent and a family friendly place. Appreciate they respond to fix requests fast. Has a quiet surrounding so it's good for working at home, nice pool area and clean little gym also staffs are nice.

The apartments are very clean, the location is in a good spot and the kitchen has a lot of cabinet space.

The location is in a growing area with more to do each day that’s close.

I have lived in these apartments for 2.5 years. Would definitely recommend. The office personnel are always very kind and helpful. Anytime I have a maintenance issue it is handled the very same day.

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. The location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants. It truly feels like home! Highly recommend!

Excellent neighborhood. This place is quiet and well kept. It is located close to restaurants and grocery stores. These apartments are in one of the best school districts in Lubbock with an elementary school 2-3 minutes away. The management is great. They make sure that all apartments are maintained and no excess trash is placed outside around the buildings. If anything needs to be fixed they are very prompt in getting it done.

Very friendly management. Maintenance gets things done quickly! I always feel safe and at home at this place.

Clean and peaceful, nice amenities. I've lived here for almost 4 years and I have never had any problems. Any disturbances were handled quickly and any maintenance was done in a timely manner

These are some of the nicest apartments I’ve ever lived at. So much space for a great price, there were able to give us a move in special. Also so much parking!

The Echelon meets all my needs. The space of the smallest one bedroom apartment is just right for me. I've got plenty of storage space and cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. The closet is roomy enough for my needs. I love my little backyard area that's fenced in. It's just the right size for a table and chairs and a grill. The property is well maintained and I'm very happy here!

Living here has been peaceful and very family friendly! The pool is always a great time to bring friends and have a good time :) I would definitely recommend anyone to live here. Also affordable!!

The Echelon is a great place to live. I feel safe in my apartment and love the atmosphere. The Echelon employees are kind and always quick to help. Love it here.

The property manager is extremely rude. She is the reason I will not be moving in!

I have been here for about 3months, and I can say these apartments are not good. The management staff are good but the apartments are not. First let’s start out with there is dog poop EVERYWHERE, no one picks up their dog poop. Second the appliances in these “new apartments” are not new, they are old appliances. Third, my car has been broken into TWICE since I moving here, locked doors and everything. My car has NEVER gotten broken into, asking neighbors, their cars got broken into as well. It doesn’t make sense, these apartments doesn’t have ANY gates so anyone can come in, plus there is no security. I’m going to break my lease and find somewhere else because l don’t feel this complex is safe for my family and myself.
