Property Ratings at The Echelon Independent Living Community

High non-refundable fees.
This private company markets themselves as being all about family. This is far from the truth. They are focused on high profitability and nit on resident satisfaction. After moving family there we quickly realized they don’t live up to their marketing promises. I would not recommend this private company to anyone looking for a family oriented, family friendly independent or assisted living apartment.
