I absolutely love living here. The Leasing staff are amazing and always willing to help or answer any questions. Maintenance responds quickly even if its only a routine request. The Easley is a great community full of friendly faces, well-kept areas, and high end amenities. The staff are very personable and know me by name, which is something that helps me feel connected and at home. Additionally, this apartment complex feels very safe and has a great location being by the baseball field, close to downtown, and near Wake Forest University.
The Easley is a wonderful community. Friendly staff and residents, excellent amenities (especially the gym and pool area), and the apartment units are very comfortable and well maintained. I have only been living here for roughly 3 weeks and I already feel very settled and happy with my decision to live here.

The staff at Easley is very receptive and addresses any concerns or questions as soon as possible. The maintenance staff is fantastic and professional. The apartments are nice and more soundproof than I expected, given my previous experiences in apartment buildings. Amenities are nice and clean.
It looks nicer than it is. The street noise is louder than you think. The gym is a joke. The parking is a crime. The common spaces are nice and usually very clean, probably because they are not utilized.

Although I’ve only lived at the Easley for a few weeks, it already feels like home. Everyone - from leasing staff to other residents - was incredibly welcoming when I moved in, and I’ve felt part of a community here. The building amenities are second to none and the convenient location puts you within 5-10 minutes of most everything in Winston-Salem. So glad I chose to live here!
From the initial contact regarding available apartments to the application/approval process to moving in, I've been thoroughly impressed with the staff at The Easley. I have been living in this apartment for the past year, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Location is ideal as it is close to grocery stores, hospitals/clinics, and the freeway. The apartment itself is spacious and well-designed, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The amenities are top-notch – from the modern kitchen appliances to the in-unit washer and dryer, everything is convenient and makes daily life a breeze. Management team is also very friendly and helpful!
Be aware that you should be prepared to have a plan for alternate living arrangements as they will refuse to address maintenance issues in a timely manner despite them rendering the unit uninhabitable.

The easily is the nicest place I’ve ever lived/visited/seen in Winston-Salem. There really is nothing. Even close as far as the attention to service and location and the overall feeling of being in a high end living community. It feels like you’re in a big city But the staff are very welcoming and very efficient.

Great facility and the leasing team are super helpful and accessible. Technology is really nice.
Here is what they don't tell you - They tout convenient online rent, but you must pay a $55 convenience fee every month. They tout valet trash pickup, but it is NOT an option. You must pay $35 each month for trash removal even if you don't use the valet trash service. They offer only a 2-hour late afternoon window on M-Th only for trash. If you can't make that fit with your work schedule then it's your loss. If you put your trash out early, or leave it out past 9 AM then they will bill you a $50 fee for each occurrence. They tout their gated garage, but you must pay a minimum of $75 each month (unreserved spot) if you want to park there and $150 per month for a designated spot. They tout their secure mailroom, but you must sign up for a third-party service and pay them each month to have your mail brought to the lockers. Otherwise it's dumped on the floor. Recently someone's package leaked all over everyone elses' as they lay in a huge heap in the corner. The property is new, but the walls are thin and noise between apartments is easily heard. I know exactly when my neighbor gets home because I hear the tv turn on.

I have lived at the Easley for a few weeks now and my unit as well as the rest of the building and amenities are gorgeous! Since starting the move in process; however, the management has made it extremely difficult to fully enjoy living here. From telling me 4 days before move in my unit wasn’t ready, to trying to get me to pay more for an identical unit that was ready, to now dismissing my safety concerns around the parking gate not being operational despite being promised twice this week it would be working by now. Still waiting on the follow up I was promised Friday with their resolution to this concern. There are much better places to live in Winston Salem in my opinion, especially for the price
Overall, the design, style and build of the property are top notch. The Easley is by far the premiere apartment community in downtown Winston Salem.
