The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Dylan
Living at The Dylan Apartment Homes has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. Between repeated maintenance issues, dishonesty from management, and outright disrespect, I cannot recommend this community. When we first moved in, we had to switch units because of severe creaking in the floors caused by water damage that had not been properly addressed. Both units also had A/C units that rattled so badly they shook the walls and made it nearly impossible to sleep. The pool and gym were closed for extended periods for maintenance, yet no rent reduction was offered for the lack of access to amenities. Pet stations often went unemptied, and there was constant employee turnover that left the property feeling unstable and poorly managed. The most distressing experience came when my car was towed. Management falsely claimed I had asked for it to be removed. When I tried to resolve the issue, the property manager raised his voice, called me a liar, and treated me with blatant disrespect. I also couldn’t ignore that he treated my white, male fiancé with courtesy and professionalism that he did not extend to me. The assistant manager was present during the original conversation, but when I asked her what I had said, she claimed she “was not there.” Later, I learned she told her manager that I had asked for my car to be towed, directly contradicting her words to me. She later tried to apologize, but by then the damage had been done. The manager also told me I would have to pay either the towing fee or the storage fee — a claim that his own superior later corrected, confirming that I did not owe either. The conduct of the management team, particularly the property manager, was unprofessional, hostile, and dishonest. He should not be in a position of power over residents. Between the unresolved maintenance problems, loss of amenities without compensation, neglect of community upkeep, and the unethical treatment I experienced, I strongly advise anyone considering The Dylan Apartment Homes to look elsewhere.
I’ve lived in this apartment for a year in a half now. It’s honestly been one of the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. Don’t let the pictures fool you. I’ve had leaks, a rat and someone that took my package and mat from the front door. All I can tell you is run completely away from this apartment!

They got us into a newly renovated apartment no problem, Lindsey is great and they have giveaways every now in then for the residents !
Love the new management! Great apartments that are quiet and clean.
This property is a good place to live. Very quiet atmosphere and maintenance is very consistent and on time. Please check them out.
I have lived here for almost 7 years now. A new company just took over and they are doing so many great things. The property looks great and I cant waiting to go into a remolded unit. Everyone in the office is so nice and always are a pleasure to speak to. Highly recommend moving to The Dylan Apartments.
Waiting to see all of the renovations they are doing completed. A little on the pricey side. However, this is a great area to live in.
The Dylan is a great apartment complex and I’ve enjoyed staying here in such a great location as well
