I really enjoy living here! It is located extremely close to Haas School of Business, close to a lot of restaurants on Durant, and has all the necessary facilities! The view from the rooftop is amazing and the study lounges are also very helpful! The only thing missing to complete this community would be a gym/fitness room :)

I have had a wonderful experience living in this apartment! The space is well-designed, comfortable, and always kept clean and well-maintained. The amenities are top-notch, and the management team is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. I appreciate the convenience of the location, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The building's atmosphere is welcoming, and I always feel at home here. Living at the Durant has been really good so far. Also working at the Durant has been great and the my boss and coworkers are very nice and I bond with them very quickly.

As others have noted, the service seems to stop when the lease is signed. I also question whether calling the number in the management response helps anything, since I call that number and am also ignored

If i could give them 0 stars I would. This is sadly another high priced place in Berkeley that is all about their tenants at first but once they get your deposit (your $$$) they stop responding. And they blatantly ignore my emails for months with no response. I thought maybe this place would be worth it because its so close to Cal but you're better off renting an apartment in northern Berkeley or anywhere else honestly.

Terrible property management. Total disregard and huge lack of communication to tenants. They stop caring once they have you committed. They are not afraid to change lease agreements over night. Rooms are ridiculously small for how much you are paying. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.
