The management is terrible and rude. The alarm in one of the buildings continues to go off after years and they don’t seem to care or take any responsibility. Shrill, terrifying sound waking you up in middle of the night. Three times this week. Dogoes freaking out. The facade construction was also a nightmare. The gate never works. Crime has gone up in the neighborhood. Don’t waste your money, it’s only nice from the outside.

I love living here, I have lived here for over 4 years. However, I am tired of people not following rules with their garbage. I'm sick of walking past bags laying on floor and not in the bin and I'm tired of people keeping their garbage out for an entire wknd. I know it has been said they are getting fined and if that is the case and people are still doing it, I feel like something else needs to be done.
It is a luxurious apartment community from the inside out.
The amount of rent would determine if someone rents here more than anything. ITS THE BOTTOM LINE STUPID
The gates are continually broken. And the trash service is not consistent. It does not seem like any residents are held to the same standard
The community should have an over-night security person. If someone is renting an apartment overlooking the pool or facing the parking lot on the right they are subject to all night parties in the pool area when it should be closed . This is a residential community not a party rental. Cops are called all the time for noise disturbances. The one over night staff person would make a world of difference .
I would recommend this apartment community to family and friends because I believe that it is a really nice community and the amenities are great.
I think all the rules need to be strictly enforced, I think this large of property needs security,and the speeding needs to stop
it feels safe clean and location is great. Amenities are also very nice.
I would not recommend because the pool area furniture needs to be updated and too many people do not follow rules, people should be held accountable.
Currently with the rental price very few people can afford it.
Moved in here Jan 2018 and had nothing with issues, gate never works, literally never works. Broken as I write this. Trash pick up is missed routinely and then you will get notice for your trash being out. They will write you notices just to keep them in your file to use against you if and when they need it. I was out of town one weekend and came home to a noise complaint when we weren’t home, another noise complaint while we were watching a movie at 6pm, and the city ordinance in Boynton Beach is 11pm. Management here is terrible, they had our lease incorrect in the system and sent us a notice to vacate in Jan 2019 when our lease is not up until March 2019. I went to the office to address my concern, I was notified that they were not renewing my lease because of noise complaints on my file, when I told her that those notices were not correct, she told me that she was just the messenger and then corporate made the decision. Ok so then my wife called them to get the contact number for corporate and they told her that they didn’t know the number for corporate and then someone will call her back. Lol well I am now contacting my attorney. And I’m posting this review for others to see

I moved in almost a year ago and have to compliment management and maintenance team for their exceptional level of service and professionalism! The clubhouse and property is always kept very clean and this encourages neighbors to maintain and respect the property. Management are all very friendly and responsive. 5 stars all the way!

My leasing process with The District was great! Dawn, Lisa, Morgan and the other gentleman that's there (sorry forgot his name) are just all-around great! They work as a team and never left me with a question unanswered or a request unfulfilled no matter who answered the phone or saw my email first. Now 60 days later and totally sure on my feedback now that the "new move" excitement died down, I can confidently say that the great experience I had finalizing my lease totally followed through to my experience living here. Grounds....impeccable. The maintenance team seems to truly care about the appeal of the property. They're up in their golf carts driving around at the crack of the morning and get the job done, rain or shine. I had a few requests when I first moved in and they were immediately attended to. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 24 hours to get a response on any request. Amenities...FANTASTIC! The pool is probably the best pool deck in the area. I don't know of any other luxury community that matches in Boynton Beach or any of its surrounding towns. The placement of the palm trees, the cabanas, the grilling area, and all the seating. Just awesome! The gym is well equipped and spacious! Clubhouse is pristine! I honestly feel proud every time i walk into it. Last but not least the dog wash room and adjacent dog park. Need I say more? YES, I must! There's also a great running, dog-walking trail that circles the property. WIN! One of the most appealing features of this community is truly just that. The sense of "community". The residents are respectful and everyone seems happy for the most part. But let's talk about the management team and how they always find ways to keep that sense of community going. Food trucks, movie nights by the pool, pizza in the clubhouse, car detailing on site, etc, etc. They are always thinking of ways to keep us engaged and make us feel VIP and if there's ANYTHING that sets this community apart from the rest, it is this! I love living here! Truly and sincerely. The District is a gem to Boynton Beach. It's like a little Emerald City tucked away that not many know about but would probably fall in love with if they did. Far enough from the sounds of Congress Ave but close enough to walk to literally anything you want. Keep up the great work! I know it will only get better, if that's even possible! I trust management and because of that, I sleep well at night.
I cannot wait for this place to be done. It would be a dream place with all the convenience in Boynton Beach City and great doggie parks for our furry friends!
