I am very happy living here. I have lived here for 3 years and have zero regrets. I would really like a cold brew machine in the lobby though. The coffee machine isn’t good at all and doesn’t make iced coffee.

Wonderful place to live, great location. So many great eateries and stores and live music opportunities right across the street that I seldom drive during the week. The ladies in the management office have been, in my experience, helpful, attentive, and welcoming, and the onsite organizer of community events in the building, Kimberly, does a fabulous job: there's always a monthly event or two, which is a fun way to socialize and for new occupants to meet their neighbors. The gym is large and open 24/7. No building is perfect, and no communal living situation will ever be without challenges, but this is, on the whole, a wonderful residence.

Unfortunately, not the best experience moving in. Love the property but i signed my lease for 7/1 move in- upon signing they called and moved the date out to 7/5 due to maintenance prep. i didn't have an issue with this but after moving in, the disposal was (and still is) broken and a few other items were broken or needing to be replaced. I would think with the extra time they had, things would have been taken care of or they would have been diligent in making sure i wouldnt need a bunch of repairs the same day i moved in. They also misplaced my keys upon moving in which wasn't a big deal but had to wait at least 20-30 minutes for them to have maintenance cut new ones. Then i was supposed to get two mail keys and only got one, still waiting to get the second. Once i finally got into the unit, i was told there would be a cox modem but there wasn't, so i had to go drive up to cox to get the equipment. would have been a 5 star review if these things didn't happen.

This place is awesome! My roomate and I recently moved here, and we couldn’t be happier. The grounds are great, the facilities are great, and everything is super clean and nice. The staff is very professional on top of things. The leasing agents (Diana, Margarita, Ashley, and Dominique) were so helpful getting us all set up, and we really appreciated it. I highly recommend living here!
