Wife and I have been here going on 8 months. The District has great amenities Pool, Workout room, Volleyball Court. Pet Area just to name a few. The staff Missy, Juliette, and Blake make for a great management team and always accommodating. Same can be said for our maintenance supervisor Gary always on point ready to take care of any issue. The apartments are well maintained as well as the grounds. These are the reasons The District of Ashland deserves 5 stars. If interested please stop by yourself. Take a tour, meet the staff.

I’m happy I chose to Live at The District. Blake and Juliet have been awesome from the very start. Great communication, friendly, helpful, and organized. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The pool and tiki hut area are gorgeous, like a resort. Maintenance is quick and efficient. The apartments are modern, neutral, and have plenty of storage. My neighbors are friendly. This is a very safe and community-oriented place to live. I highly recommend The District.

My girlfriend just moved into the District and we love it here! The facility is astounding and the staff is so sweet. One person that stuck out to me was Blake, he was personable and understanding. Overall, The District at Ashland is a great experience!

I have mainly really enjoyed my time at the district and am sad it will come to an end soon. Some of the changes have been disappointing, rent increases, more entries in units, and less events. I wish the property was held to the same expectation as the residents. I will say I wish I could give juliet 5 stars!! She cares so much about the residents and the furry ones!!
