The bug that I saw in my apartment came from outside they checked everything and because of the description they assure me I won’t see that anymore. It’s a blessing to live here where they really care and help us to resolve any issue. I’m here for eighteen months now and I’m always impressed how they stop anything they’re doing just to help us, to make us feel good, secure and happy to call this place home. I already renew my lease because this is my home! I have to thanks Kenna our Manager, Linda our Realtor, Joey and Richie our Maintenance team for a job well done ALWAYS. You’re the best! I will with confidence and certainty recommend The Dempsey to anybody, best place to live in beautiful Madison Alabama!!
Shoutout to the maintenance team at the Dempsey apartments today for dropping everything they were doing (including while on their lunch break) to take care of an ongoing issue for me! Both the maintenance supervisor, and the older seasoned employee, both came immediately and missed part of their lunch to figure out a situation I had been dealing with when it started happening again out of the blue. I walked the the leasing office to ask to page them, and saw they were in the break room eating since it was lunchtime hours today. They were able to figure out the problem and got it taken care of right then during their lunch break and everything to help take care of me. Thanks so much! It was definitely appreciated! Moving into my new apartment was a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish. The leasing office was incredibly organized and welcoming, she had all the paperwork ready. The apartment itself was clean, freshly painted, and exactly as advertised. All appliances were in great working condition. The elevator was working fine and both lobbies were clean! My neighbors were friendly, and the overall atmosphere felt quiet and safe. The Wi-Fi setup was simple, and utilities were already connected, which made settling in a lot more convenient. After a long day of unpacking, I was able to relax and enjoy my new space without any major issues. I’m truly happy with my decision to move here and look forward to making this apartment my home. Highly recommend this place for anyone moving in!

The community is ok! A lot of ratchet folks have moved in so it’s slowly decreasing. Nobody cares about others anymore. Management can only do what they can do! I absolutely hate living under a noisy person!
So far it’s been a great experience. The apartments are nice and it’s fairly peaceful around. Extremely friendly service and staff. Location is great and I enjoy the atmosphere of the complex. Nothing but great things so far!

The maintenance works very well. They do great job. The residents are a lot, and it is hard to control to everyone, however I wish that in future the management can find the way to stop the community violation from the residents. The hallway third floor smells awful, because the residents leave their trash outside for few days(from Friday until Sunday night).

My move in/residence experience has been great in just so little time! The front desk staff has been very quick and helpful in answering my questions, and allowed my dad to work in the conference rooms as needed while he was here to help with my move in. The maintenance staff are the NICEST and fast. I had some issues with my fan, so they ordered me a new one and installed it within 5 minutes! I feel safe here with it being gated and love the area. I would definitely encourage anyone considering The Dempsey to go for it!

It's been a bit of a difficult transition, but that is mostly the weather's fault. There were a lot of requirements to meet in a short amount of time, which again was on me for having my move-in date be earlier than expected. I am very satisfied with the security and the unit! I am excited to move in my bigger items and my animals over the next few days and exploring the gym and amenities more. Kenna has been amazing during our tour of the property, the move-in process, and any questions I have had along the way.

Great location Great amenities as well they keep the property clean. Most of the pet owners are pretty good about the upkeep of there animals but there are a few who just don’t follow rules.

The Dempsey is exactly what I was looking for! It’s spacious, well maintained, has amazing amenities and perks, and I love the location between Madison and Huntsville. The elevators made moving in about easier, and Kenna helped me find the perfect unit :) 10/10

The Dempsey is a nice place to live. Very thin walls on all 6 sides, have gotten complaints multiple times for no reason. Trash isn’t always taken out on time by the pick up people. Love the dog park but lawn maintenance does a terrible job cutting it and resident do not pick up their dogs poop.

I would highly recommend living here. Not only is the staff super caring and friendly, but also rapid about needs getting done and being met. Maintenance always comes quickly when you need something. I love the feel of the resort this place has and the most friendly staff. Especially the community events we have. It’s also very clean. Couldn’t ask for a better apartment community.

I really love my apartment the peace of mind and tranquility I have here are very important to me. Working from home requires to have a place that you like and don't mind to be there everyday. That's how I feel I like my place and feel like doing more for it keeps me busy and excited. What I like from The Dempsey is the quietness of the place, the cleanliness, the hallways look like they vacuum when we are sleeping, the elevator is clean even though a lot of the residents have pets. Sometimes when I come back with my groceries from the market people asked me if I need help, that is telling me that we have good neighbors. Linda and everyone in the office are always there for me when I need help as well as Joe and Ricky. I really like living here, be part of this community is the best decision I made. Thank you to The Dempsey for make my live easier!

I have been living in Dempsey apartment since March 2023 . During my stays 4times changed the management and every time with the new management there are new rules and no one takes responsibility what was before. I moved here, I was told the clubroom is for our residents for free of charge, for others outside of the community should pay rental, which is reasonable. With the new management the rules were changed and they did not inform to the residents about it until I wanted to reserve it, I found that now by the new rules the residents for using the clubroom should pay for it. After I mentioned about it it was sent email to residents informing about the rental price without letting them to know that they changed the policy. I do not know what is RAM Partners standards, but they should not change so often the policies during the lease. Suggestion: Make a "Hospitality and service" training for the office staff. Some of them are not aware what is customer service.
