The DeMilo is a charming, modern, and up-to-date establishment, great for anyone looking for a fresh start! It's got all the bells & whistles a comfortable & safe home would have, and surprises you w/ a handful of community spaces you'd enjoy - this includes community lounges (there are a few, including a rooftop lounge!), a gym, and businesses/retailers that are walking distance from the property (there's a Target too, what?!). It is located right in the heart of downtown, Inglewood. Right off the 405... just a few minutes away from SoFi Stadium, Intuit Dome, and YouTube Theatre. If you were hoping to live close to west LA, this place is perfect. Last, but certainly not least, a shout-out goes out to the staff at The DeMilo. This great group of individuals, between the leasing office and the maintenance/service teams, tie everything together and really make The DeMilo a great place to live. They put a lot of care and thought into our daily lives by keeping us informed, always lending a hand, taking moments in their busy day to answer questions or concerns, or just by saying hello when we run into each other. I'm happy.

We recently moved into this apartment and couldn’t be happier with our decision. The location is perfect—convenient and close to everything we need. The amenities are top-notch and truly make it feel like home. One of the first things we noticed was how clean and fresh everything smelled when we moved in.
