Property Ratings at The Debora
It is incredibly difficult to communicate with the property manager as nobody is regularly available to speak with on-site. My car was vandalized while living here and the walls are so thin, my sleep was impacted even when people were just living their life. A brawl also left glass shattered and blood on the walls. The blood was not cleaned for months afterwards (likely because no management is there is see these problems). The building frequently smelled like smoke or weed despite the "no smoking" policy. But maintenance would respond in an appropriate amount of time and the space itself was relatively nice other than the thin walls.
Just recently moved in and was greeted with high through the whole process. Love the hardwood flooring throughout. Appartement was very clean and in great condition. My kitty loves it to.
I absolutely love my apartment! The stainless steel appliances add a sleek and modern touch to the kitchen, creating a stylish and functional space. The secured entry provides a sense of safety, and I appreciate the peace of mind it brings. The location is ideal, making it convenient to access amenities and explore the surrounding area. Overall, my living experience has been fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with my choice.
Fire alarm goes off randomly for hours on end. Property manager is nowhere to be found. Thin walls can hear everything. No parking or security. Look elsewhere if you value peace.
Car broken into 3 times right in front of building/security cameras (attempted theft + catalytic stolen). Inebriated brawl resulting in front door shattered in front of me. No security, no secure parking. Walls like shower curtains. Fire alarm constantly going off all the time for false alarms, for hours with no one coming to shut it off. Internet (including xfinity) a nightmare to start for unit. Flooring totally warped so there's a "hill" in the middle of my kitchen.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here. The apartment was newly remodeled when I moved in but things are already starting to fall apart. The building is cheaply put together. Living on a lower floor I can hear literally EVERYTHING going on in the apartment above me and it affects my sleep. There is also no parking besides on the street. My car was vandalized right in front of the building and when I asked the property manager to check the cameras to see who did it, I received no response. We also didn’t receive any mail from USPS for the first 6 months of living here. I had received my security deposit in the mail from my old apartment but because I didn’t receive it until 6 months after I moved in it had expired and I couldn’t cash it. All in all, if you can afford to live somewhere else, do it.
