I’ve lived here for the last 3yrs, and I absolutely love it! I’ve moved from the 2 bed, to the 3 bed apartment and I can see myself living here for many more years.

Gino was awesome and this is our second time living here! We came back so big thanks to the management team and we really appreciate the service and care!

Great complex with amazing staff. It is pretty quiet and very pet friendly. The amenities and well kept. Staff is quick to address any concerns.

Extremely attentive staff and lovely apartment. EXACTLY what we were looking for. Gino is a cut above the rest and will take care of your every need from walk through tour, to well after move in!

Leasing an apartment with the Darby has been an easy, and seamless experience. Excited to live here! Gino has been a pleasure to work with and Reggie has also been nothing but helpful. The process of leasing through these two gentlemen have been great.

I love the variety of on-site facilities, like the gym, pool, and shared outdoor spaces, which make it feel like a resort. The location is ideal—convenient to shopping, dining, and public transportation, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat. Living here has been wonderful!! It’s been almost 3 years now that I’ve been at the Darby and I don’t plan on moving any time soon!!! The area is so cute and fun and apartments are beautiful.

My breakers keep flipping and only half my outlets works. There's lots left behind of hair, toys, dust from last tenant, but it's a beautiful space and roomy. This will do fine once I get things working. :)

By far one of the best apartments that I've had the pleasure of living. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They do a lot of great events and are very attentive to the residents. The only problem that I see that is continuous is the trash buildup at the trash conductor, but other than that it is a great community.

This will be my 3rd time signing a lease with The Darby. I love this community and the staff. They communicate very well. The maintenance staff is just as awsome as the office staff.

My wife and I love living here. Being our first apartment, this has truly been a blessing. Doesn't hurt to live in the safest city in all of Georgia, from the last article we read. We are especially grateful to the Darby management and maintenance staff for keeping the grounds incredible, our units safe, and the general ease of living

We love the Darby!! I feel that the property is very well maintained, and maintenance is their top priority. We love the amenities and the upgrades in the apartments themselves.

Staff was very helpful, responsive, and forth coming. Reginald made the process fun and easy! The presentation of the from office and property was clean, smelled great, looked great, and was comfortable.

Great. Been here for almost two years and everything is amazing the leasing office employees are all amazing. When there’s an issue they take care of it right away. Highly recommend anyone who’s interested in looking for a new place.

Safety is a priority here, with well-lit pathways and secure entry points. Neighbors are respectful, and the community has a welcoming, friendly vibe. Noise is minimal, and parking is never an issue, with ample spaces available. I've lived in several places, but this apartment complex truly stands out as the best. Highly recommend!

Since me and my boyfriend moved in it’s been so nice! Living in such a beautiful community, with such sweet folks. I’ve lived in many apartments growing up and nothing can beat of how clean, taken care of, and how respectful the front office people are!

Good community. The Darby management really take their time and hearing my needs. The clubhouse is always neat and clean. I get to work out anytime I want. The pool is always clean

So far, living at The Darby Apartments has been very satisfying. The complexes are clean and not a lot of noise and Gino who works at front desk has been all around helpful and easy going.

The complex is very well maintained and clean. It’s safe and gated. Fairly new only about 5 years old. They have wonderful amenities with beautiful pool, grill, fire pit, 24-hour gym, and 7 days a week trash service. The move in process was smooth and there are no hidden costs. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours. The Darby is a great place to call home!

we have lived here about 6 months now, and we absolutely love it!! our apartment is the perfect size for 2 people and a large dog :) also, location is just right!

Such great staff, who made the entire process very easy for us newcomers.We had the courtesy to tour with them multiple times before making a decision and it has by far been the best.

Great place to live! Amenities are awesome and the staff is amazing. The property has all the latest amenities. They offer a lot of free things in the clubhouse such as snacksI would highly recommend this property to others.

We have lived at The Darby for 2 months and love it! The community is very quiet and well-maintained. We love the spacious apartment with lots of storage. Reggie was terrific to work with in the office when we signed the lease!

Complex is extremely clean and brand new, only about 5 years old. Gated and safe. Great amenities, 24 hour access to gym with plenty of equipment, pool, dog park, 7 day a week trash service. Plenty of resident events. The front office staff is super friendly and helpful. Move in process was smooth and simple. No hidden fees, all costs are upfront. Decent price for what you get.

We love the Darby! Great apartments, up-to-date amenities, and very pet friendly! My only critique would be to put a bench in the dog park :)

I truly love living here and the office is beautiful with a pleasant and great team! The place is kept clean and the clubhouse is always doing stuff for the guests. My kids love the pool too!

I like living at the Darby apartments because the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and I also genuinely enjoy the social events. Dining, shopping, and quick access to the highway and Woodstock's downtown are all very convenient from this location.
