I love this apartment complex for so many reasons, but the noise from surrounding apartments is unbearable. If you have sensitive hearing, I would say avoid avoid avoid. There is absolutely no insulation in the walls or ceilings, so every noise your neighbors make only amplifies the noise. If you can, get an upstairs unit. If you get a downstairs unit, you are completely under the mercy of your upstairs neighbors and unfortunately not everyone is considerate of the fact people live below them. I don’t know about you, but I like to have some peace and quiet in my down time but that’s simply not possible with folks trying to get their 10k steps while stomping above me every single day. For the price, this place is great but if you enjoy your sanity, I’d say look elsewhere.

it’s been great…after my last place this is a definite upgrade. no cockroaches, great air conditioning, and a washer and dryer?!??? how could this be better. i feel safe walking around the complex. overall i love my new place so much and im excited to spend a long time here:)

The overall is good! Staff is great. If you need anything fixed depending on what it is happens with in a day or two which is great. Amenities are usually clean and open. Only complaint is parking and thin walls. There is rarely enough parking but alot of spaces that are covered but are an extra $75 a month. My husband and I have 2 cars, we pay for one spot and still gave issues finding parking.

This place is overpriced, increases rent every year by a minimum of $200 but typically mine has been increasing by $400-500. The pool was heated for a week 3 years ago and never has been since. The jacuzzi is typically closed and when it’s not it’s bright green. Only one of the grills works, sometimes. The new management came in recently and basically put a bow on dog poop. They took down the business center. Mail is constantly stolen. They always send very unprofessional, passive aggressive bulk emails to residents. Starting last month they auto-enrolled every resident into a credit program that added a fee to your monthly rent and the only way to opt out was to call but they didn’t provide the phone number or tell anyone that so most are being charged for it now.

Very peaceful community. Everyone is friendly and the animals are all kept on leashes too! We’ve enjoyed the pool and surrounding areas, always kept clean and the pool is maintained every day.

AMAZING! Daniela and Holly are the NICEST leasing agents and made me feel so welcome when I moved it. The complex is beautiful with so many amenities. The grounds crew folks are always keeping up on the communal spaces and are very friendly. The units have surprisingly high ceilings and beautiful floors. Excellent closet space as well. New Resident

The company that owns these is so greedy. It's like their company policy. They WILL raise your rent every year; count on it. Also, whatever price you do get quoted, you can automatically add around $100 every month for "maintenance fees" so just know that going in. Loyalty means absolutely nothing to this place. They will eventually price you out.
Decent enough property. Would not recommend based on management company though. Pretty clear they are focused on extracting as much money out of the place/tenants quickly (recently took over by new owner/company) with little care for customer service/tenant experience once they have you leased in.

When my lease came up for renewal, the total increase for rent & parking was 33%. They placed no value on having a tenant who was never late on rent but are out to rake you over. Yes, the cost of living has gone up, but not 33%. Don't rent here unless you are a short term renter who will not sign a lease renewal.

The management and office staff are deceptive. They try to threaten with additional fees and get irritated when you try to ask questions about moving out. I also watched the as cops and office staff went in and out of an apartment followed by the coroners office removing a body on Valentine's Day. I'm sure they never disclosed that info to the new tenants.

Apartments look nice at first glance and then you move in. Walls are paper thin- We can hear details of conversations from the neighbor next to us and above us. The floor above creaks with our neighbor's every step and we hear her dog at all hours of the night. Our car was broken in to while in the parking lot, we filed a police report, and called the office 3 times with no one there ever addressing the issue; each person just passed the buck to someone else "who is currently out of the office, but will call you back." Maintenance is friendly and responsive which is necessary in a place that has so many issues to address. With so many options in the area, we recommend that you keep looking. We wish we did.

The apartment was filthy at move-in and painting was incomplete. My family was told that we could take the apartment as is if we wanted to move in that day (with everything in a moving truck), or wait to take possession until after they completed cleaning and painting because they wouldn't clean or paint with my family's belongings in the home. The move in date was set a couple months in advance. Furthermore, their itemized charges on the front page of the lease state that there would be a charge of $0 charge for certain utilities and flat rate utilities. Now, they are billing us $100 more a month citing some utilities addendum that includes the flat fees that were to be a charge of $0. Deceptive practices and poor move in experience. I'd look elsewhere.
