Roaches in the apartments but the excuse is “it’s Florida.” It’s poorly maintained and they use low occupancy as the excuse for the dirtiness. It’s a joke and the onsite manager is awful. Rude, snarky, dirty.

Hello, We understand your concern and we hear your frustration. Pests and insects are inconvenient which is why there is regularly scheduled pest control at all of our communities . Assuming we are hearing from Ivy again, we understand that your daughter’s apartment is always treated preventatively during these scheduled visits. Despite this treatment it is nearly impossible to prevent them 100% of the time, especially during seasonal changes. We do have onsite maintenance and emergency maintenance service available at all of our communities. We hope that your daughter enjoys her remaining time at The Dahlia. Thank you!
