The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Dahlia
This building is in the heart of West Hollywood. It's just up the street from two great eateries, Coffee Bean and Tender Greens, and two blocks from all the clubs and bars. However, if you're in more of a conservative mood, then walk one block up to Sunset Blvd, for a glass of wine, at one of the luxury hotels. Enjoy this building amenities; pool, spa, 24 hour gym, and most of all, the manager. Arelie is the best, and takes care of the tenets.
This apartment complex is great! The tenants are mostly friendly and management is very responsive to any issues that may arise with our apartment. The price is not unreasonable especially for the amazing location and surrounding areas. If you are looking to live in West Hollywood at a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.
