Property Ratings at The Crossings at Tunica
My process of moving in started off a little rocky but the manager, her assistant & the maintenance staff were very hands on in fixing every issue I had. I mean they were understanding, friendly & ready to accommodate me. I’m very pleased. I highly recommend staying here.

Had a pleasurable experience starting out but as time progressed no. Please do not move into building 7. There is a person on top floor who stomps loud & has multiple children over in a ONE bedroom. There is no transfer agreement in the lease but when asked, you can only transfer in the beginning of lease due to having a child or special requests. Be mindful that these apartments are a bit expensive for what they are asking & the quality you get. Nice starter apartments but definitely not a “home.” Lease agreements are 12 months. Management sucks. Best apartments in the area though.

I have lived in the canal park apts(The Park at Brighton) for about a year now, and if I had to use one word to sum up my experience here, that word would be overpriced. First of the the rent is competitive, but ridiculous. They expect us to pay pest control fees when I’ve personally found several critters running around my apt, and im a very neat and clean person. Theirs also garbage fees when there’s only one site for dumping that’s full most of the time so you have to step over trash to dump your own. Lastly the parking lot is a mess I’ve had to pay car repair fees due to all of the UNAVOIDABLE holes, and they won’t fix it at all so long story short dress up a pig it’s still a pig. On this property it’s NOT get what you pay for, it’s pay for something and take what’s given. New Management and Maint sucks!!!!! Will not renew lease here.... Stay Away!!!!!

Hello, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your review has been forwarded to our onsite staff.
I moved in on July 1st and have seen so many spiders. This complex has a big pest issue. It is surrounded by water therefore there are a lot of bugs which spiders eat on. I have killed more spiders then I can count in 1 month and I'm not talking about small house spiders I have killed spiders the size of a quarter. I wish I would have known this or I would have never given them my deposit. Pest control only comes once a month and he hardly sprays anything. Spiders are gone for a couple of days then they return full force. I've tried home defense, removing webs and home remedies like peppermint oil spray nothing works. GOOD LUCK!

I have lived here for almost 3 years now and I LOVE it. I work overnight hours and its nice to come home and be able to sleep without being woke up from noisy neighbors! I love that I feel safe and don't have to worry about walking to my car late at night and in this day and time safe living and especially apartments are hard to find. I can honestly say this is the safest apartment community I have ever lived in! If you are looking for a safe, quiet, comfortable place to live then this is the place for you! The office staff is AMAZING, Maintenance is quick in response time and fixes the problems the first time. I really wanted to write this review to brag on the AWESOME management staff in the office(I wasn't really sure where to write a direct review for the office staff). I leave for work around midnight and at least one of them is always at the office and when I get home in the mornings they are back at again. I know that the job they have is not easy. I have been a witness to a few situations where I walked in to the office to conduct business and they were in the middle of dealing with unruly residents and I seriously don't know how they keep themselves composed in the most professional manner. The only real complaint I have is that a lot of work is needed on the buildings (the recent work is horrible, my front door looks as if someone spray painted it). AND OUR PARKING LOT IS HORRIBLE! Other than the work that needs done in general to the property I have no complaints! The 2 managers in the office are 2 of the best ! They truly care about the residents, the property, and are not just here to get a paycheck.

I moved here recently, and I absolutely LOVE IT. It is so serene here. The kids are out of school, and it is still quiet. The managers are super friendly, and if you need something fixed, they come immediately to fix it. This is a great place to live.

I have been living here for 5 months now and love my apartment. The managers Quinn and Amber have been so helpful and kind. If I ever need anything are need any repairs done they are fixed that day or the very next one. I am new to Mississippi and they have told me where to go and I have never gotten lost. It is great to have people around me that are kind and knowledgeable about the area. And I would give this a great place to live. Thanks for reading Toni Wyble

The beautiful and quiet Garden of Canal Park is a place located in the country of Mississippi. Great thing living around these apartments is that it is 2 miles away from the casinos in Tunica.. Garden of Canal Park has good neighbors, staff, and services. Lastly it is a safe place it has a few sheriffs that live in our area. The only thing my husband and I don't particularly like is the BIG spiders that scavenger our apartment.. other than that these apartments are wonderful to stay at..
