Property Ratings at Madison Estates
This place is owned by a private equity group in Colorado. This means that they do not care about you. Maintenance requests go unchecked. There is no security. They sue and evict tenants all the time. They have THOUSANDS of dollars in hidden fees. They extort their poor community members. Everyone involved in managing this place is going to hell. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
I currently live in the apartment complex. These pictures are LIES!!! the rent amount is not correct. after move in be prepared for another $200-300 in bills that the complex with make you pay for complex bills such as (common area lights, sewer,2 trash fees, water, pest fee, water) on TOP of the rent. I have lived here for 5 months and every maintenance request goes unanswered or they just delete them. there is NOT a playground or a fitness center. Some of the buildings have been deem unlivable due to the roaches. They don't enter partial payments in the system. They only enter when you have all the rent if not, they start eviction process after 1 day late on rent. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT MOVE HERE. I WISH I WASNT.
