Exceptional and excellent quality customer care and service is always provided at The Crest.

I do enjoy living here. The apartments are generally nice, and if I have a problem, maintenance is very responsive. Sometimes it’s hard to get into contact with the leasing office, but with the newer staff, I have received calls back which is great.

When I moved in the place was disgustingly dirty from all the neighbors it seems to be a trend. I had to pay a cleaning company the day of moving $350 for them to clean the townhouse the day of move-in well my my stuff stayed in a U-Haul overnight, which I had to keep an extra day because of this the house is still dirty. I still have spots to clean to clean. The fireplace still has wood and ashes from the previous owners. The bathtubs are disgusting falling apart tiles. It's just terrible.

Aside from the recurrent/occasional cockroach, due to either building or neighbor, everything is great. Service is quick and professional, staff is helpful, amenities are kept cleaned, community in general is nice.

I really love this spacious, updated, conveniently located apartment with a large screened patio, in suite laundry, and vinyl floors. It has everything I wanted!

There’s a lot that can be improved especially some key essentials for safety and prevention. However the overall area is safe and quiet. I like the access to the amenities and the spacious living. The distance to all the restaurants, shopping, and I-4 is good.

The Crest is a beautiful community with affordable apartments. Quiet neighborhood and its close to all the shops and restaurants. Also, right next to i-4 for easy access to travel.

Crest Altamonte has been my home for 5 years(2 different units) and I just resigned another long term lease. Wouldn’t live in any other apartment complex! It is quiet, convenient, and my unit is very spacious! It is HOME

The community is taken care of and management are quick to respond to any service requests. They have handled all requests within a day's time. People are friendly, apartments are well taken care of.

It's very quiet here! No police sirens or emergency vehicles every week, like some other places I have lived in.

Our experience has been a blend of positives and challenges. We're fond of the spacious layout, the accommodating leasing team, and the overall appeal of the apartment complex, including the outdoor spaces. Moreover, the sense of safety within the community is reassuring, and we appreciate the well-maintained outdoor landscaping. Despite encountering maintenance issues that could have been addressed more proactively, we appreciate the efforts of the leasing team in addressing our concerns promptly. With the positive aspects in mind, we remain optimistic about the potential for an even better living experience here.

They need to hire a reputable pest control company prior to letting anyone reside in that building. There are roaches burrowed inside small holes on the ceiling even. It's futile to reach out to them and have them fumigate. My children kept getting sick as it became inhabitable. Do better

Desde que llegué al complejo The Crest me encanta . Comenzando con el trato de la oficina hasta el personal de mantenimiento. Mi primer contacto en la oficina fue con Noha un excelente ser humano . Siempre dispuesto a ayudarme en todo . Luego fui conociendo el personal de la oficina y todos son excelentes. Me siento muy feliz en este complejo de apartamentos.

The upgrade craftsmanship is subpar. Many things were carelessly painted over and forced to fit. the cabinets were cracked and the drawers semi functioning. Pest was a consistent issue.

This place is in a great location for a great value. Really nice property size and floor plan

Don't move in. No real luxury amenities. Not clubhouse or any office area for residents to go to. Gym is small but dirty looks like it never gets cleaned, especially the floors. Trash barely ever get picked up they are always off but you are charged. Maintenance is a joke and it really doesn't feel they care about there job. No lights around the neighborhood at night. No area for residents to walk around such as a sidewalk. There is nothing luxury about this place.

Roach infested from move-in day. Management useless. Personal property ruined and they don't care.

Staff ignored most of the issues for over a year, including: 1. A huge chunk of the patio ceiling fell to the ground due to a leak that has been reported over and over for a year, and upon inspection of the ceiling pieces there was MOLD plus leak into living room 2. Hole in roof and ceiling - was an issue for over 1 year 3. Flooding into patio closet - was an issue for over 1 year 4. Ruined hazardous flooring that was unglued, warped, and shifts beneath my feet due to flooding 5. Paint throughout the apartment is all messed up, reported September 2021 -- it was painted in two different colors, huge splotches throughout in every room of this "luxury" apartment - multiple requests have been cancelled by maintenance/management and disregarded for a year - India made partial concession that since they couldn't fix this and it had been ignored from day 1 they would not charge me for move-out repairs, we'll see if the new manager honors that 6. Rancid roach infested dishwasher, makes dishes smell rotten, doesn't clean, drain has been "fixed" but everything still stinks, and the drain clogs on the regular and it doesn't drain - was an issue for a year before being replaced 7. Broken kitchen drawer - been "fixed" 4 times, I rarely use it because it's so temperamental, every 3rd or 4th time I try to open it even halfway it breaks again, currently broken - been an issue for over a year. Was just "fixed" again -- temporary fix, they don't make real fixes to this, my only other presented option was for them to glue the drawer shut so I have even less space to store belongings in this "luxury" apartment 8. German roach infestation since day 1, reported September 2021 and many times since - been an issue for nearly 2 YEARS - and despite providing receipts for items I had to personally replace, new management is doing NOTHING about it. The pests love the heat and have infested every power cord and appliance I own. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, it is FAR from luxury!!! I provided photos and recipts of my personal property that has been destroyed by the roach infestation that was reported on day 1 of my move-in. They keep making claims of how they're going to deal with it then there's no follow-through, and no credit issues for the hundreds of dollars I am out since this skanky apartment ruined my personal belongings. WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED!! NOT AT ALL LUXURY!!

Very unsafe, dark parking lots at night. LAMPOSTS OUT in many areas. Always short on staff. Do not answer calls, and do not return calls.

These apartments are in a lovely, well maintained community with plenty of walking areas. All of the staff have been delightful in getting me moved here. I love the amenities too. Thumbs up! I highly recommend living here!

It's been great since day one. The entire staff has always been prompt, helpful, and kind. On time with repairs and quick to resolve any other issues that may come up. They are also really friendly.

The maintenance team at the Crest is amazing! Such a great group of guys! Anytime I have a question Jessica always has Enrique reach out or come swing by and help explain an issue in my apartment! They’re great!

I love this community. It's centrally located in Altamonte. The property is always maintained and answers concerns quickly. The office staff continues to be amazing. Over the years, I have seen transition in staff and companys but it's been seamless transitions. The maintance team is outstanding as well.

The staff is professional and easy to talk to. Maintenance is very courteous as well. Property is beautiful. The apartment layout is really nice, and it's huge. Aside from all of the maintenance issues, I really love living here.

Everytime I turn around either something is broken or you guys are adding more, new charges to our account and without notice. I guess you must think we're made of money. Just another thing on my list of grievances and why we're moving out of here. We've been here for 4 1/2 years and wanted out for 2 of those. Don't move here unless you want headaches and ever increasing costs from management and ownership. We have our move out notice in so you can gladly have our unit. Good luck!

Apartment is still in need of repairs that were either never addressed or improperly addressed for the past year (including being ignored when I informed maintenance that it leaked when it rained, they insisted it didn’t even though I saw and felt the water coming in myself and it left all my personal belongings wet and musty): 1. Paint throughout the apartment is all messed up, reported September 2021 -- it was painted in two different colors, huge splotches throughout in every room of this "luxury" apartment - multiple requests have been cancelled by maintenance/management and disregarded for a year 6. Didn’t have a working dryer the entire first 5 weeks I lived here, but I was sure charged for the rental of one. 12. A/C was finally repaired after over a week of being lied to. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, it is FAR from luxury!!!

Based on my experience so far I would absolutely not recommend this complex to any one.

The staff try to be as helpful as they can and for that I really appreciate their service. They are kind, patient and try their best to stay on top of things

I have lived in this community for almost 5 years. Each year the office and maintenance stuff gets worse and worse. When the new owners brought the community changed the name and added "Luxury Apartments" to the sign out front I laughed! It took 2 YEARS to have the screen replaced on my balcony that they cut to paint the buildings. 2 YEARS of going back and for asking over and over about it. I currently have a work order for one of my toilets being broke and water running that's going on 2 months and yet not one person has stepped in my appartment to even look at it. Now the light in my kitchen is out I placed yet another work order last week and they are out of bulbs and 3 other units also need their light bulbs replaced. For all the money we pay in rent I would have thought I could at least get my kitchen light fixed. And don't even mention the mess that piles up at the dumpster at least once o month. Like I said THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

Good physical apartments and area. Horrible management and follow through.

I’ve been a tenant with the Crest since Jan 21, 2021. It’s been great here, the property is quiet and constantly maintained. It’s green and very well kept. Our office staff I can’t thank enough after going through 3 surgeries to be accommodated on any maintenance issue. Carmen the property manager personally got our AC replaced within 48 hours of going out as I was coming home from the hospital. Jessica is an assistant property manager and I absolutely adore her. She has taken the time to address any concerns and even made our lease renewal easy to get done as they were changing the portal online. So we are here another 15 months and i look forward to enjoying the pool. Which is also very well maintained and constant clear water and lots of turtles in the pond next to it. I know the rent is a big deal, but it’s worth it here.

The crest feels like home, very comfortable, clean, and great staff! They will answer your questions in a timely manner and make sure they go above and beyond. Carson and the rest of the staff are super knowledgeable and have outstanding customer service. I highly recommend the Crest at Altamonte!

I have been here for 2 years so far and hoping to lease again! It is a quiet community and I feel safe. My neighbors are respectful and I never have issues. If I request a new air filter or would like pest control, I can easily put in a request and someone comes out. Carmen is always very understanding and helpful. I look forward to staying I hope and interested to see how upgrades continue around the complex as they have been improving things like the gym. I would love an upgraded dog park! ??

Patio closer has been leaking for 8 months, roaches have been out of control for 8 months, “luxury” not so much. The paint is noticeably mismatched and blotchy throughout but was also never fixed, even after 8 months. Pray they never remodel a unit next to yours because the workers are there at 7am on weekends using insanely loud equipment and blasting music — and then are rude as anything when you ask if they can turn it down a little so your kids can sleep. If there’s anywhere else available to you, choose that over this place.

Quiet community I feel safe. Well kept on the outside. Only issue is with newly renovated apartments some things are renovated while others are not. Luxury apartments consist of a luxury service maintenance wise to things could be better.

The Crest at Altamonte is a family friendly community and is run by a great staff! All my needs have been met here and any concern I have had was addressed in a timely manner.

Gym machines do not work, BBQ grills do not work, 50% of time no garbage bags or receptacles to place dog waste, no place to put big unwanted furniture I live next to garbage and ppl dump furniture there it is terrible to look at.

Do not live here. They need drastic help in the community, just keeping it clean and fixing the issues. Do not hold your breath on things being fixed when you report them. Just expect rude people trying to bandaid the issues until the next time they break again.

Great complex which is centrally located with nice spacious units.

I loved living here until they started doing plumbing work in my apartment complex. Completely invsive work where they threatened to charge us money if our pets weren't locked up and our kitchens weren't cleaned out for over 2 weeks. No compensation on rent for this inconvenience, or for all the problems the construction has caused, not to mention the mess left in the apartment from the workers. Management had NO idea if the work was done or not and called me to confirm it was complete before the plumbers had even started in my apartment. No communication from the office. They love to screen calls and emails and not reply resulting in me having to leave work early to get home to talk to them before the office closes for the day when I have immediate issues.

I tell everyone where I leave and state I'm happy here.
