The Cove

I like living here it is quiet. The only problem I have is the trash dump is right in my front door and is not kept up properly. It is just not a good look.

I’m moved in to a apartment that wasn’t the one I picked. But also has not only a bug problem but the floors are covered in paint. The front window has mold the apartment has no a/c and I’m still being charged for it. The outlets in the living room don’t have power. The front office isn’t helpful. And at this point I just wanna get a lawyer!!!

Love my apartment, however I have had to endure neighbors bringing their portable Bluetooth subwoofers outside to blast their music and the marijuana smell getting into my apartment. It has got better since that first week but I still endure the loud music. I am slowly getting used to the payment system and trying to make sure my utilities are getting paid.

The staff are amazing and do their job very well. I enjoy that the community is very open and welcoming to my family and dog. I hope to be here for a while

So far so good. The property looks well kept. Selayma helped to make the move in process smooth. There wasnt many people just hanging outside. The community is expansive( large).

The staff were amazing, they made moving in easy. Walked us through everything and reassured us when stressed out. 10000/10 best staff and company out there.

Me and my daughter have been living here for two years now and we love it here . The Nieghbors are helpful and nice and the complex is peaceful and I feel confident that we will be staying alot longer

Great experience so far the other residents are nice it’s quiet and the maintenance and repairs seem to be taken care of pretty quickly which is surprising with how many residents we have

It is a pretty quiet neighborhood. I love the saltwater pool. And maintenance responds quickly! Not to mention it is a convenient location to shop. there is a target, aldi, dollar tree, speedway, and cvs w/in like less than a half mile from here on university parkway.

Nice area and the agents and maintenance are very friendly. It’s very quiet and they are pet friendly as well. Overall I’ve had a pretty good experience

My residential experience was awesome. Everything I needed help with got broken down for me and I got walked through the whole process. It was very easy to get the apartment.

The Cove is a great place to live I enjoy this community because it’s quiet and managed well. The staff is very efficient and knowledgeable and ready to help in any situation.

Recently moved into my apartment, very satisfied with my experience. Neighborhood is quiet and office staff are polite and helpful. Looking forward to utilizing the amenities upon warmer weather.

I have been getting the best sleep in my lil home lol it’s quite for the most part but I love it when I need something fix they try to get right own it n come fix it other than that I’m okay

For the most part I love this community! The neighbors are niice and hen you see them, but everyone mostly keep to themselves. It’s quiet! The maintenance is also very friendly!

I love maintenance. They are super friendly and I like that you always see them working. When my AC went out they were quick to respond. Love those guys

The leasing office very informative. Queit and nicely maintained. Work order was easily put in and I got notifications when it was completed

The office staff we have no is always so curtious and answers the phone which was always a problem with prior office staff also maintenance crew is quick about responding to work orders and they are nice as well and cleans up any mess they make

I been here several years and it has been average plus. I have great neighbors and atmosphere never really any problems than normal. Not so bad!!! :-)

I love this property it’s well maintained and quiet. The pool is very relaxing and clean and the amenities are great. I love walking around the property and getting in my exercise and feeling safe.

The Cove apts. are nice and quaint. I love the fact that we have a salt water pool which is better for my joints than chlorine. They also have a grill area so you can have a bbq dinner or lunch and playground nearby. They also have two dog parks to get some well needed energy out of your dog.

Kind of sucks that we don’t have assigned parking at the buildings by the leasing office. Definitely needs improvement with communication between staff

Love it here, minus all the extra fees....very nice, clean, and quiet...2 dog parks, 2 pools, fire pit, playground, mini soccer field.... It's awesome

I’m not very impressed with the amount of things that need repair and I have only been here 48 hours!!! I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the maintenance people respond to my request and actually fix the issues in a timely manner.

So far things are going great. Rooms are spacious. And we love the outside patio off our bedroom. Bathroom is spacious and has great water pressure in the shower.

Quiet neighborhood and A maintenance in response and helping with issues. The area is well maintained and lawns are kept nice throughout all the seasons.

It is a pretty alright place overall. Has a nice park and dog park. There is also a good pool and fire pit.the apartments are a nice size but the plumbing can be iffy in the older apartments. There's also a bug issue but it could be a lot worse.

Very nice, very quiet. No insects, parking friendly, nice pool and its just a good area period. The maintenance is super cool, the office lady is pretty and amazing herself and very helpful

For the most part I have had a great experience here at The Cove. The maintenance team is excellent. I would love for there to be a more direct way to reach management, but that would be my on complaint.

This is quiet neighborhood, good for families, we kids that play in the pool, Good location if you need th e catch the bus. I would like to see maybe more amenities like a business center, or fitness center.

Community stay is nice and clean. It is very quiet Maintenance has been prompt to come out and fix the issues that I may be having. The convenience of paying your rent online. They also offer a flex program that I have not been a part of. Others in the community say it's very convenient

Just moved in very pleased with the community so far every thing is clean the pool looks clean and beautiful the people are nice and the dragon park is perfect for when we get a dog!

The cove apartment complex the nieghbors have been pleasent there have not been any problems with parties or noise or any volience or anything of that nature .

My experience here at The Cove is great. It’s very clean and quiet schools are close and so is shopping and laundromats. The staff is nice and very efficient. Maintenance is equipped and they do great work.

Great residents and nice staff. Everyone here is friendly. Great for dog lovers. The property is quiet for the most part. I would suggest renting here

My neighbors are awesome. The first day I moved in they were nice to offer help and introduce themselves. My kids love playing with theirs so they have new friends now. And as long as their happy I'm happy.

The community its self is great. Nice tenants and it's quiet for the most part. The only issue is the lack of contact from management. I have sent emails regarding important issues and no one from management has reached back out to me. Poor very poor

Would not recommend this apartment complex. Neighbors all in your business. Got bit by a dog and property manager could care less. Too many lies being told

I’m a traveling nurse from New Orleans. I am comfortable. I like it so far besides the neighbors stomping upstairs but other than that, I like it back here a very good community neighborhood

It has potential as far as the community but it’s the carelessness of other residents that makes it ugly. Rude neighbors whom are loud and annoying. Consideration is needed for those who work various shifts and rules of the lease should be upheld. Otherwise, why have one.

I have enjoyed living here. It is moderately consistent considering other apartment homes. My neighbors has made it very satisfying living here.

So far so good... But I've only been here for a couple of days... I haven't met any neighbors, they seem to be to themselves... Very quiet... That's a plus

Everything is Great! Great apartment and a good place to stay very good staff the anpar are clean and up to date! The outside area is neat and clean

I love it here! It is very peaceful, and hope it continue to be this way. The staff is very friendly, and you always see people cleaning and keeping it looking nice outside.

The people in the office here are friendly and get back to you in a timely manner and are friendly. Maintenance also responds quickly and is friendly.
