you pay for pest control but they don’t ever take care of keep up with the buildings . Doors and gates are constantly broken . There are fat roaches in the hallway just disgusting . Roaches all in the hallway yet your paying so much money

You will NOT find another apartment complex as beautiful as this one! Not in Covington, Not in Conyers, Not anywhere close by. I fell in love as soon as I opened up the door to the clubhouse. I knew that the apartments were going to be just as amazing and stylish. Truth!!! The ladies at the clubhouse are absolutely gorgeous, trendy, detailed, and very outgoing!!’ Just like the inside of our home and the surrounding lounge areas.. 200%!! I LOVE living here!! I don’t ever want to move!!! My balcony overlooks the fire pit, grills, lounge area and the walking paths. My view is THE BEST by far. My 11 year old son loves jumping on his bicycle, skateboard, and rollerblades and stroll through the area. Perfect for him! The area is so quiet and peaceful! It’s unbelievable that I actually live in an apartment complex!! No noise, no loud music bumping, no resident drama, no parties!! Nothing but friendly neighbors passing through!! If this isn’t what you’re looking for then please don’t apply!!

From the construction to the management every experience here has been a nightmare. Even the residents are getting worse by the month. Nothing works with these people , reports to management do no good, they just say they are working on it and to be patient. But never do they follow up with anything. There should be a negative star rating as one is way too much for this.
I am moved to Covington GA because my family recommended this little town. I had a difficult time with several apartments in the area as well as Conyers. I finally located to Cove At Covington , and was thrilled because of the communication and service that I received from the get go. Denise and the other staff are very communicative, efficient, and very helpful and friendly. They welcomed me and made me feel completely comfortable in my decision to live here. Upon my arrival from Florida, Denise took the time to come into the apartment with me to make sure everything was up to par. Only downfall is there’s no elevator for the third floor so I guess I will be doing lots of exercise. Construction is still going on and I’m excited to see the end results. I hope to call the Cove At Covington my home for a while and I hope others appreciate living in a beautiful place.
I remembered when I came to view this property, it was love at first sight. I like the layout of the apartment and the balcony. The staff were very professional. I told my husband that I didn’t want to move again.
I moved here the beginning of this year. Staff has been incredibly helpful. They can be hard to reach at times Im sure with an influx of residents and potential residents, and low staff, it must be tough. Once you do get them, they are so helpful and communicative with you. We’ve had a few kinks to work out, but Denise always does a great job of keeping us in the loop & talking with us which means a lot when you’re working with a big company. Very walkable nice area, great amenities and can’t wait for the pool to open up this summer!
This is definitely a great place with live. This is H.O.M.E. (Home Of Miraculous Experience). The staff are so welcoming and understanding! I moved here back in July 2022. I had an issue in the beginning and as soon as they found out they addressed it immediately! Seriously, the same day and less than 1 hours. This is an example of excellence and grace and being attentive to the needs of others. Brooke, Selma and Denise really cares about their residents. To them you are considered family! And I am pleased and filled with joy to have met them!
-Safe place to live -Inside of buildings/apartments is clean -Amenities will be nice once they’re all open -Maintenance is quick to respond to issues -Office staff is friendly -Dog park has a dip in the landscape so it’s essentially a giant mud puddle, also covered in dog poop and random pieces of plastic/garbage -ATT phone service isn’t great here -Don’t recommend the MDU1 WiFi that’s available

Moved in 2-6-23. Very good apartment complex. The lady’s in the front desk very helpful. Mrs. Denise helped us with the whole process. Very nice to us about everything. We definitely recommend to our friends.
We moved a few months ago into our beautiful top floor 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. It is the nicest, cleanest, prettiest & quietest apartment I’ve ever lived in. It’s a brand new complex that offers a brand new shopping center, new Publix, new restaurants, new hotel, annnd the complex’s amenities are all brand new!! Resort style pool, huge gym w/ all new equipment, pet parks and a pet spa, game room and more! Plus it’s well gated, even the breezeways to your building’s stairway are individually gated! Granted, everything is still being built but soon it’ll be finished and awesome to have right outside your door! Let’s face it, it’s the nicest area/community in all of Covington! The office ladies & our maintenance team are all friendly and reliable! I’m loving it here as my new home so far!!
Denise in the leasing office is amazing. Extremely helpful to me and my family getting settled in. I love my apartment. Very quiet and peaceful. Breezway kept clean at all times. No complaints so far.
I moved into The Cove recently and felt it was important to share my experience. The entire staff has been nothing short of amazing! We had a move-in push back due to construction delay, however the staff was very informative and keep us updated daily. We understand that things do happen as the apartment site is still under construction and it can be frustrating, however we are so thankful for such an informative staff who truly cares about their tenants.
I live here and I’m trying my best to get out of my lease as this place and company are awful to deal with. From the water leaks in my bathroom they never fix correctly, and lighting issues they also never completely fix. My upstairs neighbor has a large German Shepard and I like dogs but it is put outside on their balcony when they are gone and it cry’s and barks the entire time. Of course the front office tells me the manager will get it taken care of but they have done nothing. They haven’t answers my calls or messages. When I do get someone to answer they say they will get it handled or the manager has it handled. Nothing has been done and I have not been contacted. This place is making me crazy. I want out of my lease. Do not rent here
Very disappointed with this place. They have missed two set appointments because "something came up" and no returned calls from them about setting up a new appointment at our convenience. Very disappointed. Will not recommend
From the moment we walked in the door and had to wait for almost an hour we never had a good feeling about this place or the staff. Besides the maintenance guy hanging out in the lobby, he was very nice. Everyone else was busy doing their own thing or putting on makeup. We had bad vibes about everyone who spoke to us the first day. I wish we would have went with our feelings and stayed away from this place. Now we are stuck
I love everything about my apartment. The application process was very easy and convenient, and Denise was excellent. I love the amenities and security. Overall, very satisfied.
Iyona was great during this entire process! Very thorough explanations and very personable! Being that this is a brand-new facility, it instantly became attractive I love that it is pretty much across the street from my new job as well!
The easiest place in Covington to get on interstate 20.
The Management staff, Selma and Brooke, along with the others, are exceptional and very accommodating. Their personalities are very well suited to their professions. If I had need of their expertise, I would hire them both immediately.
Great community and the place is absolutely gorgeous!
