Since we've moved in back in 2022; The Cove has been making updates to their landscaping and pool areas which is an added bonus. Furthermore, they are improving the walkways with lights for those of us who like to take a stroll at night. No major complaints since we've moved here. Great area!

Everything is excellent so far, except people putting and keeping trash in front of their door all day, which smells up the breezeway and makes it look tacky. And the breezeway needs to be blown out at least twice a week, but I will settle for once

Quite nice here. Had one issue when I moved in with some weird people but other than that I've had a pleasant experience here. The area is decent, the people are usually pretty quiet, and the management is quick to resolve issues.

Love our new place! Just a couple of things that need to get fixed but very happy so far. We’ve been here for about 6 days now! I love the layout of the apartment. Just makes sense. Our last place has a lot of unnecessary walls and such taking away from our space. The garage is also a huge plus for us! We are originally from New York where we are used to always having a garage since we were in a house. Also love that there is more than one pool! Excited to try out the gym tooooo

The home is beautiful but there’s a lot of bugs and roaches when we moved in. It needs pest control and the faucet was messed up. I have kids and their can’t be a roaches in the home.

I really enjoy living here, I moved in 4 months ago. It’s quiet, you can trust your packages won’t be stolen. Lots of space. Quick with work orders. Nice staff. Really nice pools and workout center.

I haven’t had any issues with the other residents here. The only thing I dislike is a lot of the residents near building 13 doesn’t pick up their dogs poop. Therefor I had to give 4 stars instead of 5.

It has been quiet, only one incident with a fellow resident but the officer manager was quick to assist and make me feel safe. And the gate thing is always getting broke. Other than that everything is great.

It would be nice if the gym was better maintain and if cameras were implemented to stop residents from stealing equipment. Also there has been a flickering light in the gym for about of month and it’s extremely annoying.

I have been a resinow over 6 year's and I actually enjoy living out here. I have never had any issues with getting results from the office or maintenance. They respond to my needs quickly and are efficient Just renewed my lease in July and I am a happy resident

So far so good, I'll definitely recommend at this time. Only issue i will say needs to be better is security needs to be more proactive, and just watch cars follow other cars in due to the bars always being broke. I just hope that doesn't equate to my vehicles being broken into because of lazy security!

I appreciate the community's emphasis on protocol and security, but I recently experienced an issue where my car's wheels were mysteriously locked. Fortunately, the leasing office promptly resolved the matter without any charges.

Location is convenient rent is just a bit too cost other wise great place to stay. Maintained problem are dealt with promptly. Great job and let’s hope for a better 2025.
