I lived at The Court Apartments for 10 wonderful years, and leaving was one of the hardest decisions we had to make. We only moved because our family grew and we needed more space — otherwise, we would have stayed forever! From the very beginning, we loved the community and the area. It always felt so safe, peaceful, and welcoming. Management (Sanela & Sam) are truly exceptional — any time we had a maintenance request or concern, they responded quickly and resolved it right away. They truly cared about the residents, and over time, they felt more like family than just management. Finding a place that genuinely feels like home isn't easy, but The Court Apartments gave us that and so much more. We are so grateful for all the memories we made here and will always look back at our time with so much love and appreciation. If you’re considering living here — don’t hesitate. You’ll be so happy you did.

Lived here for 3years with my family. Management is great very professional. Addressed any issue as quickly as possible. Reasonable priced rent which was a plus for our family. Quiet nice neighborhood and property is kept clean.

Lived here for over 5 years and enjoyed our stay. Sad to have moved but highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and affordable apartment community. If I'm ever in need of an apartment in Santa Clara, I would reapply in a heartbeat. Location is great and safe. Love the landscaping, it's beautiful and well kept. On-site management is super kind and accommodating. Work orders were taken care of immediately. Best apartment community hands down. No complaints whatsoever.

I feel as though I only need to say one thing to indicate my time at The Court: The landlords insisted on showing my apartment the day I was forced to move out and break my lease due to a tragedy. There’s no humanity in this management. Also, don’t expect to get your security back even with a deep cleaning of the unit.

I rented here for 2 years and really enjoyed living here. Property managers were always on top of things and provided a wonderful place to live. I wish the bathroom had an exhaust fan but overall no complaints and the big closet and in-unit laundry were great!

I lived here for two years with my partner and had an amazing experience. The property managers are always responsive and helpful if there is ever an issue, and on top of that having in-unit laundry was huge! I can’t recommend highly enough

I was a resident from June 2018 - October 2022 and greatly enjoyed my time at the Court Apartments. The community is quiet and safe. I never had any issues with packages that were left outside my door and neighbors were polite. I was treated with nothing but professionalism and respect by Sanela (the property manager) during my stay there. Issues were quickly addressed and my concerns were always taken seriously. Overall, I'd definitely live here again knowing what I now know.

My husband and I have lived at the Court Apartments for 3 years and have enjoyed our tenancy the entire time. If we were staying in Santa Clara we would definitely continue renting here. We are only moving due to work. The community is very quiet and pleasant and the property is maintained in great condition. The property manager is wonderful -- always on top of things, quick to respond, timely in addressing questions, and takes good care of residents and the community. We have never had an issue living here in our 3 years. We highly recommend this apartment community!!

My wife and I lived here over 10 years ago before we purchased our home. We recently did a remodel and needed a place to stay temporarily for 6 months. After searching high and low...we ended up back at the same place we were originally. It was the best deal out there. The place is peaceful, has a washer/dryer in the unit and the property managers are excellent. I'd recommend for anyone to check this place out no matter what stage you are in your life. I lived at The Courts for five years and would still be living there if I hadn't purchased a home. Having a washer/dryer in the unit is a huge benefit that many other properties do not offer. The management was always extremely responsive to any minor repair issue I had and it was typically corrected the same day. I feel very lucky to have found The Courts.

The Court was our cozy home for almost 10 years, before becoming homeowners just recently. Our family lived here for so long because it is really a great place to live, and management takes care of us very well. The apartment complex has always been clean, peaceful, and safe, throughout the years. The pool and outdoor patio are great additions, and we have enjoyed swimming in the pool during hot days. It is also a great location to be in, as the surrounding community is also safe and quiet. We have also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, and hanging out at the nearby parks. It is also very close to stores, groceries, malls, and other attractions in the area. We are particularly very appreciative of the management team of the Court. Sanela and Sam have been doing a great job, and they are very consistent in delivering excellent service to us throughout the years. They are very accomodating and easy to contact whenever we have questions, and when we send maintenance requests. They have always responded swiftly to our requests, and make sure that service is done in a timely and proper fashion. We highly recommend this community to anyone who would like to live in Santa Clara!

Great place to live and I personally call a home. The apartment building is clean and peaceful. Very relaxing green scenes and an open area that is very secure. Management really takes care of the property and tenets. The manager is very responsive and understanding. She makes sure that every issue brought to her attention is taken care off efficiently and timely. Maintenance is outstanding and exceeded my expectation every time I had a request. I highly recommend this community. I have lived here for about 4 years combined. I lived in two different apartments and both were outstanding. Only reason I will consider moving is if I purchased a home.

The grounds of the complex are filled with lovely greenery, as well as a beautiful pool area. All areas are well kept and clean. The community is safe and quiet, surrounded by walkable neighborhoods and parks, and is a short (5 minute) drive from Santana Row, Target, Walgreens, etc. Management is professional, competent, accommodating and communicative. Sanela carefully reviewed the leasing agreement with us, was upfront about the rules and expectations within the contract and she answered all of our questions swiftly and clearly. She was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had general questions or maintenance requests. All around wonderful experience!

My wife and I have lived in a unit with 1 bed and 1 bath here for six years since we got married. Very cozy and peaceful community. Target and other grocery stores are just down the street on Newhall st. There is a big park 10 min away by a walk or there is a closer cemetery 5 min away where you can do a daily walk routine. On weekends, you can visit Valley Fair for shopping or other great restaurants on Santana Row. I-280 and I-880 are within 5 min away by driving. Great location to live, if you are a newly married couple.

I lived here for 3 years and only left because my job went full remote. The apartments themselves are nice, clean, well priced, and in a great location. Even better is the management though, I never had an issue that was not resolved in a timely manner. The property managers husband does the small time on-site repairs and it makes for very convenient and fast repairs. I would frequently have my issues resolved same day or next day if parts were already available on site, which they almost always were. Overall a great place to stay in Santa Clara with a management team that knows you and does their best to help you out, instead of looking to nickel and dime you for every little thing.

For this apartment complex and management I only have to say nice words. Small and charming community. I have been here for the third year and I have just signed a new contract. At this time Management offered rent reduction on renewal which is very nice of them especially in this situation with covid-19. Very nice and safe location in Santa Clara. All the tenants are very polite and friendly. From the beginning Management staff very helpful in everything. Only cons I have that there is no gym in the complex but maybe soon it will be. The manager mentioned something about the gym that might be coming soon but it’s not certain yet. I know our manager well enough to be free to say that the gym will be built soon. There is no thing that our manager cannot solve. She is awesome.

I lived here for one year and had a very good experience. The property manager and her husband, who also takes care of facility maintenance, are very nice and friendly people who take great care of their tenants. The complex is generally quiet. Most people keep to themselves, as most seem to be pretty busy people. The complex is also well-kept and clean. The units themselves are very nice for the price with updated appliances and spacious bedroom. I would definitely recommend this place.

My husband and I recently moved into a 1 bedroom apartment at Court and we are BEYOND happy with our new place and this community. Our apartment was very clean and inviting when we moved in. Much different from what we've experienced in our previous community where we were living for 5 years in two different apartments. During our search for a new place, we toured pretty much every community in Santa Clara, and Court stood out the most to us. The leasing agent/manager at Court was beyond accommodating with all of our needs. Sanella was always on top of our requests and made sure that she always kept in touch with us during the moving process. She is super nice and will do anything to help. We finally feel like we are part of a great community and that our needs are cared for! Thank you Sanella & Sam for everything you've done for us to make this move easy and pleasant. We are so excited to be here and are beyond happy with everything so far!

The apartment management is bad. Person in charge is very rude, and there are like a thousand rules which you will need to follow. When leaving, forget your deposit. They plans to use it all up to do renovations to the apartment. When leaving, you will have to get deep carpet cleaning (steaming), new paint for all walls with even a single stain, new blinds, clean all the windows, fridge, stove top, bathroom. No matter how well you maintain the apartment, these are like mandatory charges. Additionally, the water is very hard in the apartment, mostly due to very old water pipes and equipment. We noticed increased hair fall. Also, the tap water is not potable, so prepare to make your own arrangements. I guess that is what you get when the water is free (included in rent). The rent increase year on year is around $100, which some might consider high. Few of the apartments have stale smell in them (could be mold from the rotting building).
