I’ve called multiple apartments. This is one of the few that doesn’t use a call center, which is great, bc I prefer the quick feedback instead of waiting for the call center to route your info and then waiting for them to call you back

Absolutely perfect! Perfect spacious spotless apartment. ! And the Office staff of the apartment were the kindest welcoming people who were always willing to help. Nearby Stores and restaurants. With salons in spas for you to relax and a 15 minute taxi drive to Bricktown. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had such a fantastic experience at The Cottages at Hefner Rd! The approval process was incredibly fast – I got the green light in less than a day. Alma was a total rockstar, patiently answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The customer service here is top-notch. The application process for renting an apartment was pleasant, quick, and well organized. Alma and Barbara were both great to work with and very responsive throughout the entire process.

The units seem well taken care of and have a good vibe all around from what I’ve seen today from my touring, the office members seem kind and answer my questions fully and to the point, so far a good experience today.

The Cottages at Hefner is one of the most well-managed, and clean apartment complex’s I have toured. While i have not lived there and cannot attest to the reliability of the maintenance and landlords, I can attest to the sleek charm this whole complex radiates. My girlfriend and I came in for a tour a couple days ago and everyone was very nice, and accommodating! Would recommend!!

I enjoyed staying here three years ago. Great location for my children & I. The staff is amazing and I definitely have no complaints. Check it out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!

I wasn't able to schedule a viewing because of my hectic schedule. They were super understanding about it and even offered to stay a little after closing so I could come in for a viewing. Once I was able to come see the places they were super welcoming about renting with them and answered all the questions I had about the complex!

I just toured these apartments today and let me tell you, it is beautiful! I love how there are new figures in the kitchen and how the washers and dryers are actually In Unit. It's a nice area and an even nicer apartment complex. The staff was really helpful and kind and very professional. I really can't wait to move in!

The office people are very very kind and very understanding. They will always help you out and will make sure that you have everything that you need handled and it doesn’t take them weeks to get things done or for paperwork to go through. Things just happen quickly and they get everything done and this place is beautiful. The maintenance people work so hard every day. And it shows, you can see that through the plants here and the dog park and how they’re always fixing things. Well not necessarily fixing things because there’s not a lot of things broken here but like just recently they repainted all the steps white so that people would see that there were steps, they just repainted the parking lot and I know that they’re about to repaint the pool deck and add furniture. They’re also just very kind people and anytime I have put in a maintenance request it has been either fix that day or the next day. One day I had to put in a maintenance request because there was something weird in the dog park, it was like a metal pole sticking up out of the ground and we tried to pull it up but we couldn’t get it and so I put in a maintenance request and then I came outside maybe two hours later back to the dog park and boom it was gone. This is a A wonderful place to live and for everything that you get I really feel like the price isn’t all that high.

Tour went well. Brenda has been very sweet and helpful. After meeting I drove around the complex and it seemed very quiet. All dogs out were on leashes, owners had poop bags in hand. The roads seemed perfectly fine.

I went to view and tour a two bedroom two bathroom apartment and the staff, especially Alma, was so kind and helpful and answered all of my silly little questions i might’ve had. The apartments themselves are so beautiful too! High ceilings, very spacious i can fit my king size bed no problem, amenities are worth it, and the cabinets look so nice too and the countertops were to die for! I cannot WAIT to move in!

Do not move here!! Less than a month into my lease I started having mice problems that turned into an infestation! All they did was set glue traps down but the mice avoided them. I asked them to hire an exterminator and they did not, so I sent them a 14 day notice saying they needed to hire an exterminator and they did not. Sent another notice saying I would be terminating the lease after another 14 days because they didn’t get rid of the mice. Ignored me. A few days before I was supposed to move out I contacted them and they said my notice wasn’t valid since they “took care of the issue.” Tried to offer me a ridiculous buy out agreement since I didn’t originally have any photo evidence. But when I went back after staying with my boyfriend for 2 weeks there were droppings everywhere and the mice chewed through the wall! I took photos and contacted them again saying my original notice was in fact valid. Completely ignored me after that. I then hired a lawyer who confirmed I was in the legal right to move out, but they still just tried to offer me the buy out agreement again! After I told them a buy out agreement wasn’t appropriate, they once again ignored my multiple attempts to contact them. Finally I paid a prorate to stay until August 15th but they still sent me a notice trying to get me to pay full rent!! I moved out the 15th and thankfully they haven’t given me any more trouble. The girl in the office was the only one who would communicate with me but they were leaving her in the dark as well. She is very kind and helpful and was the only good part of my experience there. Only got to live there for a few weeks before months of dealing with this! If I had known I would have never moved in. Stay away!!

I just moved in 2 months ago and the apartment was amazing. The smell was very citrus when I walked in which was pleasant. The office was very helpful with the move in process which was quick. Haven't really heard any of my neighbors which is another plus.

Love my apartment! I have everything I need and definitely love having a washer and dryer. I have a view of the whole street. I also love the natural lighting. Office management is very friendly and helpful. Ask for Barbara she’s great!

I have lived here for almost two years now and it’s a really nice and comfortable space, especially at their low prices. I have met the owner a few times and he, along with the ladies in the office, are extremely helpful and nice people! It’s typically pretty quiet here and all of my neighbors have been awesome. The dog park community is a super fun group so if you’re a dog mom or dad you’ll love it here!

Lived here a year. Very nice, pretty quiet. Staff & Maintenance is great. Pool had numerous issues so didn’t get to use it much, unfortunately. Prices are good & apts are recently nicely remodeled. I’m alone a lot & have always felt safe. Neighbors very friendly, too.

The apartments are all up to date with granite counter tops and black appliances. I love how much space I have in my apartment. They have a great student discount which is so helpful. I have not had any problems and everyone keeps to themselves around here.

Love living here! The quality of the apartments are outstanding for the low prices. Maintenance lives on site and is very responsive. Everyone stays to themselves and it’s pretty quiet for such a large property.

Have lived here for 6 months. Moved into because they are close to work and are very nice. But getting ahold of the office is impossible. Even going to pay rent is difficult as there is never anyone there. Area is not the best. Overall apartment is nice if you can handle the area and the office.

My boyfriend and I moved in like a month ago and it has been awesome! The girls in the office are so sweet to us when we go get mail and we havent had any problems with anything! All my friends love it too when they come and visit and see how nice they are! I would recommend this apartment complex to everyone!

I absolutely love these apartments. The model looks exactly like the one they moved me into as promised! This is the first time that has happened and I am so impressed! The office ladies are so helpful and I am staying here for good! The hard wood floors are just amazing!!

I love living at the Cottages. Hardwood floors, new cabinets, washer and dryer, water paid, the maintenance is really quick to fix anything and the girls in the office are so sweet! They are all completely renovated so when you see the model unit its the exact same as the unit you will actually move into, No surprises! You should really try and move in! You wont regret it!
