The only thing I can compliment about this complex is, the units make you feel as if you are in a townhouse. And the fact there are garages attached. Outside of that they are outdated for the amount of money asked and have a terrible problem with rats and roaches that never seems to go away even with the pest control. I personally experienced the air conditioner going out in my unit for almost a week when there were high heat index alerts. My unit temperature during this time was 90 degree inside Not fit for anyone to live in. I wrote to upper management about my experience and never received a response. I don't advise moving here. I've spent so much money buying containers for my things inside the unit and for what's stored in the garage because I can't use the cabinets due to the roaches.

Living here is like living in a single family home. You have your own driveway and attached garage. Some patios are fenced in which gives me lots of privacy when hanging out on my patio. The staff is very responsive.
Its like renting a single family home, except these are duplexes. I love that I have a garage at no extra cost!
