Rose was very helpful in helping me with my moved from Ohio to TX. She kept in contact with me and when my plans shifted, she had no problem pivoting and making g sure Gabe was there to assist me on my tour. Gabe was did an outstanding job of touring the facility and explaining to me amenities, processes, and the building. Thank you for being professional and accommodating. I look forward to moving in soon.

I can't tell you enough how much I love my new home! The location is the amazing. I can walk to the beach and have hundreds of choices for restaurants. From the start when I viewed this place Heather in the office was amazing. She showed me 8 different units to make sure I get the one I love. Once I moved in there was a couple of minor things that needed fixing (my ice machine, and a blind was missing a slat) and Heather sent maintenance right away and they had it fixed in 30 min. Being new to Corpus Christi and not knowing anyone it was important for me to find a comfortable safe place to live. Thank you Cosmopolitan for making my move less stressful!

Great location and great restaurants around the area
a couple reasons i gave this rating is the weed smell coming thru into my apartment , the loud drunk parties ,roaches at the pool and garage ,office ladies are rude and inconsiderate . this place is so low class and not worth the price
