Property Ratings at The Corridor
The Corridor is clean and safe, it was an easy application process and I had no issues moving in. Vanessa was very helpful and knowledgeable about the property and was a great point of contact during the application process. The onsite gym is comparable to a commercial gym and has access 24/7. I definitely feel like I am getting a good value.
The new fitness center is amazing, it has all the amenities you would want and is very clean. It is rarely very busy and this makes it a lot easier for me to go work out. Outside of that, I enjoy my apartment and feel comfortable and safe in and around my building. I also appreciate how fast maintenance is done when requested.
It’s exciting to see the improvements made here with new ownership and management. The new fitness center is pretty comparable to a commercial gym, just without the fees/crowd, and the common area improvements have been very notable. Having a Kwik Trip right there is also an underrated amenity. Highly recommend scheduling a tour with Vanessa.
I'm A travel nurse and lived here for 9 months. It was very poorly run place. The police were there almost every night, elevators were constantly breaking down for weeks at a time, dog poop all over the place and people pulling fire alarms in the middle of the night. If you like a contact high from weed you'll definitely enjoy living here. I paid $50 extra monthly for a short term lease, then went to month to month and had to pay $50 extra monthly for that. After giving proper notice I was told they were keeping my $750 deposit for breaking a short term lease after paying extra $50/monthly to not be in a lease?? I have called them several times but my calls and messages go unanswered. ACC Management Group INC runs this place and has not returned any calls. I would definitely advise any one to not live here.
