We love living here! We moved in a little over a month ago and we have enjoyed every second. It’s super quiet and peaceful. The amenities are great. The staff is so friendly. We also love the events put on each month for the community. The best apartment complex in Wilmington, hands down!

The apartment features and amenities here are amazing! With two pools, a yoga studio, co-working space, dog wash, pickleball courts and bike storage, we have everything we wanted and more! We love it here so much we just re-signed for a second year.
It’s been a really good place to live. I like the community events that are constant and fun! The apartment is really nice and the amenities are really nice! I love the pickleball court the most!
Everything is wonderful except wanted to point out a few observations: There are residents who play catch with a very hard baseball both in the parking lot and at the pool. This is extremely dangerous and I can’t imagine allowed under the community rules. The pool was quite crowded when they did so. Also with the cars, breaking a window? Hurting someone going in and out of their car? Also wanted to mention that I’ve not seen anyone check the chlorine levels of the pool. I’m sure this is being donebehind the scenes but usually in public pools you see folks checking a few times a day during the summer.
There are great amenities and the complex is in a great location - equidistant to the beach and to downtown. Great walking loop on the property that our dog loves.
The entire staff are absolutely amazing. Very kind, patient, and understanding. The apartments are well equipped but have very thin walls. I hear my upstair neighbors' every move like showering. It gets to be a lot, especially with little ones trying to sleep. Also, the parking is horrible. I can't even park near my apartment building anymore - especially when others have guests over. One of the main reasons why I chose my specific apartment was for the parking spaces right outside for ease with kids.
Great place to live! Great location! The amenities are top notch! It’s quiet and super clean. It truly feels like you’re at a resort on vacation! The staff is super friendly too!
We just moved in but so far so good! The move in experience was extremely smooth! We are looking forward to the valet trash pickup too. We are excited to try out all the wonderful amenities as well.
So far so good! Well maintained and great amenities. Nice neighbors and if you need something fixed, maintenance responds to the problem super quickly and gets it taken care of
I’ve liked living here the past year but the maintenance on the amenities have really gone down hill. The pool/grill area is gross, the bathrooms are not kept up and it’s really disappointing saying that how “nice” and “luxurious” it is, is what made me want to live here. Hoping that they’ll step up.
It’s been a great experience so far. I’ve really enjoyed the pool, fitness center, package system, and trash system. Most of all, the team in the leasing office has been very welcoming.
I love living here!! Great apartment, great location and everyone I meet is so nice and friendly. I love being so close to so many beaches.
So far it’s been great. So much of our apartment was intentionally well thought out. I love the built in book shelf and ceiling fan in the living room. Also the arm rests in the bath tub are fantastic.
Love my life!! It’s close to anywhere. Costco, Walmart, target and downtown. People are very nice and polite here. Always have activities. Outside moves, coffee truck and etc.

Very nice apartment complex with incredible amenities. If you’re looking for a resort style apartment complex this is the one! We were skeptical moving here due to it being built where homeless use to sleep but we haven’t had an issue. It’s extremely quiet and the residents here go out of their way to create events for the entire community.

Everyone here seems to be nice. I just moved in, so there's definitely a separation in terms of not knowing people; however, I have met some people that seem to do a lot of things around the community. Nothing noteworthy upon move in but long-term the community seems to be great!

We love it here! Clean resort style environment. The interior decorating of this property really has a knack for attention to detail! I love that the cabinets, showers, faucets and everything else are not the typical cheap selections that most apartment complexes offer.

Apartments and amenities are nice but that’s as far as it goes. Complex was built on a homeless encampment so there’s a lot of shady activity. Recently 2 homeless men got into a fight and one was stabbed and the other was shot right outside the complex in the woods, car break in have become frequent and I don’t feel all that safe walking to the Gym alone anymore once the sun starts going down. They also charge 75 dollars to park in the spots in front of the apartment and the trash service is TERRIBLE and completely unreliable, also they charge you for the most random things like having one bag next to the trash instead of on top or the the can not being out there with the trash. Have already made plans to move elsewhere after less than a year.

Apartments look exactly like when you tour them which is a rare find! Move-in day was smooth, only had to be in leasing office for less than 10 minutes. They even give you a gift bag waiting for you in your apartment!

The walls are very thin. They don’t tell you the full rent amount till when it is due. The amenity’s are incredible. Just wish they all worked.

I love our apartment and all the amenities, only thing I would want to change would be dog parks being grass or turf. Helps keep the dogs cleaner. Mulch gets them dirty
