The unit is spacious, and the staff made our move-in process smooth and hassle-free. The amenities are appealing, and the location is excellent. It would be even better if the breezeways were maintained more regularly to keep them clean.
Very quiet and comfortable. Staff is very helpful. Our move in was very smooth - no issues with moving in. Anything noteworthy we found in the apartment at move in was dealt with by maintenance in a timely manner.

Community is nice and friendly however drivers do not obey the limit when entering and exiting the apartment building. Other than that location is great

This apartment community is an absolute gem! The apartments are super modern, beautifully designed, spacious, comfortable, and oh-so-quiet. And let me tell you about the amenities - they’re top-notch! The first pool is a real treat, and my son and I absolutely love the pool table. Apartment itself has been great. There have been issues with the gate and the amenities not working properly. we have also had problems with maintenance not showing or not telling us when they’ve shown. There is also an excess amount of cockroaches around the apartments. Parking has also been difficult as you will have to walk pretty far from where your car is to your apartment even when promised good parking(unless you pay extra). Staff is always super kind though.

I have a small one bed one bath for my own financial reasons. I love that when I am feeling cooped up or get cabin fever, there are so many places I can go to hang out, just for the change of scenery. From pools, to the conference center, to the beautiful community center, I've always got a place to go! I hope in the future we can get more gym equipment for upstairs - I vote an assisted pull-up machine and a leg press!

So far my experience has been Great! The staff has been very helpful and accommodating! Very easy move in process! I wish they would blow out the walkways daily it produces a lot of dust on the wood floors moving in! Everything else has been fantastic!

There has been a lot of damage to cars, never see security and I know that my friend and I have mentioned it to apartment staff. There is also trash on the floor randomly throughout complex. Fire pit knobs were taken off and stuff is constantly closed. I wish there were fun activities to do besides “resident appreciation night” which is just overcharged pizza and drinks. This complex labels itself as “luxury” but there isn’t anything luxury about it. Other complexes have many events such as food trucks each week or gatherings, only reason why I live here is because of its proximity to my school. Some of the staff is nice and they do take accountability and apologize but the bad outweighs the good.

I’ve loved living here! The community is beautiful and has such a welcoming vibe. The apartments are super spacious, which makes a huge difference, and everything feels well-designed and comfortable. One of my favorite things is the huge pool — it’s perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends. The fire pits are also a great touch, especially on cooler nights. As a dog owner, the dog park has been a lifesaver — it’s well-kept, and it’s awesome to have a space where my pup can run around and socialize. Overall, I’ve had a really great experience here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place that balances comfort, fun amenities, and a great community vibe!

Facilities are nice overall, but constant smell of marijuana within the community and people dump their cars in the guest spots when they break down or have a flat. Also have had some issues with maintenance and management during my tenure, although not recently.

Everything was perfect when I moved in. The people in the office are so helpful. All issues have been resolved quickly. Noise levels are low & all the community areas are very well kept.

The apartment itself is great just we had issues with neighbors being irresponsible with their dogs not cleaning up after themselves. And the gate not closing correctly. We also got our car stolen from the community parking.

The Cooper 202 has been a lovely place to live! My partner and I moved in almost a year ago now and we love it! We initially had concerns about it being so close to the freeway, but honestly once you are in the community you can’t even tell, and it been more convenient than anything. It is a great area, we are close to a bunch of different grocery stores, and a movie theater, and the complex itself is very nice, with good amenities and spacious apartments floor plans. Its been a great place to live.

around New Year’s somebody left a bag of cat poop at our door which was not the best thing to start the new year with and a couple weeks ago when I came home from school, somebody was parked in my spot so I had to go around knocking on peoples doors and then I saw them move into another person‘s reserved parking

The Cooper 202 is an okay property with an okay staff. We have had instances here with noisy/roudy neighbors and police being called to our complex several times. People don’t pick up after their pets… the community isn’t that well kept compared to our previous community and we were paying less… overall experience hasn’t been that great.

Fantastic community with new amenities, attentive staff, and a convenient location to the freeway and local restaurants and shops. Maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner. The only issue is that the side gate sometimes does not open via the remote control.

Poor grounds maintenance and noise levels. Beautiful community not maintained. Dogs off leashes, pool used by non residents. Residents don’t pick up after their dogs.

The cleanliness has taken a step backward and the walkways between apartments are often dirty. Not a good feeling when walking to and from the apt. Parking is a challenge for visiting spaces as people tend to park their vehicles for extended periods of time (1-2 weeks) and diminishing the # of available spots.

Overall experience has been a positive one. Any issue that has come up, the main office addresses in a prompt manner. The housing community is nice and quiet surrounding the apartment complex. Just wish people were more considerate of their noise level as walls/floors are paper thin and breezeway echo even the slightest sound.

The move in process was super easy everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The apartment it’s self was beautiful a 2 small things we’re wrong and addressed that same day.

Love our apartment, and the complex as a whole! The only reason my review isn't 5 stars is just because there seems to be a consistent issue with pet owners not cleaning up after their animals when taking them on walks (despite the fact that there are pet waste stations on the walking paths) and i wish more could be done to fix it.

Similarly, the maintenance team is both helpful and efficient, addressing any issues promptly and with a smile. The units themselves are beautifully designed, with modern finishes and spacious open-floor layouts that truly feel like home. However, it’s important to note that some units have had recurring problems with scorpions. While this has been a downside for a few residents, the management is actively working to address the issue. Despite this, the overall living experience at The Cooper 202 Apartments remains positive, thanks to the wonderful community and high-quality living environment.
