We have lived here since June of this year and have met the nicest neighbors and their dogs plus we have cooked out on the grills and I we go swimming and take walks at our beautiful community plus the fitness rooms here are like a really huge gym without the cost the landscaping here is beautiful with the flowers and the palms it's like living at a resort or being on an elite vacation every day it's very safe here people are friendly and the office gals here are really sweet and caring from Sara to Diane to Stephanie and the maintenance team rocks here too especially Ruben he is a very caring person so kind to listen to your maintenance needs and get the repairs done in a timely manner I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to call home we are very happy we chose this community

I truly appreciate the space that I am in. The view from the balconies look out onto the well maintained pool, hot tub and leasing office areas. The pool, weight room and community restroom are maintained and very clean. I do wish residents were more consistent in picking up after their dogs. The sight and stench take away from the well kept landscaping and general clean view otherwise. I also wish there were more events/activities to bring the residents together. The staff members are very helpful and caring.

When we had gotten our ac replaced and they had said someone was going to come back to fix the holes from the repair. Randomly a few weeks later the repair guy came and management didn’t warn us, this is a common occurrence. Next our ice maker broke and on the service request we had asked them to “call to set an appointment” to come fix it but they ignored that and came randomly anyway. This is also a common occurrence. There is a lack of communication which is very annoying.

I recently moved into this complex and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the start, the apartment was dirty and not properly cleaned. The pool area was noisy at all hours of the night due to loud music, and despite calling security twice about disturbances, no one ever responded or showed up. I was told there were fights reported, which made me feel unsafe. The grounds were not well maintained — dog waste was frequently left around, and the trash cans at the waste station were often overflowing or missing, causing unsanitary conditions. I also injured my foot because the pool area was poorly lit for months; the lights were not fixed despite multiple complaints. Security gates were regularly left open, raising concerns about safety. To make matters worse, I was overcharged when moving out, which was frustrating after all the issues I experienced. Overall, I cannot recommend this apartment due to the lack of maintenance, poor security response, and disregard for resident safety and cleanliness.

Apartment itself has been great. There have been issues with the gate and the amenities not working properly. we have also had problems with maintenance not showing or not telling us when they’ve shown. There is also an excess amount of cockroaches around the apartments. Parking has also been difficult as you will have to walk pretty far from where your car is to your apartment even when promised good parking(unless you pay extra). Staff is always super kind though.

I have a small one bed one bath for my own financial reasons. I love that when I am feeling cooped up or get cabin fever, there are so many places I can go to hang out, just for the change of scenery. From pools, to the conference center, to the beautiful community center, I've always got a place to go! I hope in the future we can get more gym equipment for upstairs - I vote an assisted pull-up machine and a leg press!

There has been a lot of damage to cars, never see security and I know that my friend and I have mentioned it to apartment staff. There is also trash on the floor randomly throughout complex. Fire pit knobs were taken off and stuff is constantly closed. I wish there were fun activities to do besides “resident appreciation night” which is just overcharged pizza and drinks. This complex labels itself as “luxury” but there isn’t anything luxury about it. Other complexes have many events such as food trucks each week or gatherings, only reason why I live here is because of its proximity to my school. Some of the staff is nice and they do take accountability and apologize but the bad outweighs the good.

I’ve loved living here! The community is beautiful and has such a welcoming vibe. The apartments are super spacious, which makes a huge difference, and everything feels well-designed and comfortable. One of my favorite things is the huge pool — it’s perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends. The fire pits are also a great touch, especially on cooler nights. Facilities are nice overall, but constant smell of marijuana within the community and people dump their cars in the guest spots when they break down or have a flat. Also have had some issues with maintenance and management during my tenure, although not recently.

The Cooper 202 has been a lovely place to live! My partner and I moved in almost a year ago now and we love it! We initially had concerns about it being so close to the freeway, but honestly once you are in the community you can’t even tell, and it been more convenient than anything. It is a great area, we are close to a bunch of different grocery stores, and a movie theater, and the complex itself is very nice, with good amenities and spacious apartments floor plans. Its been a great place to live.

around New Year’s somebody left a bag of cat poop at our door which was not the best thing to start the new year with and a couple weeks ago when I came home from school, somebody was parked in my spot so I had to go around knocking on peoples doors and then I saw them move into another person‘s reserved parking

The Cooper 202 is an okay property with an okay staff. We have had instances here with noisy/roudy neighbors and police being called to our complex several times. People don’t pick up after their pets… the community isn’t that well kept compared to our previous community and we were paying less… overall experience hasn’t been that great.
