Aline, Drou, Nick, Frank did great job on helping on my moving process. They helped me how to pay money and signed lease. Apartment looks clean and nice inside with nice appliances. Property looks quiet and clean outside.

Nick was the one who showed me the property and he was very cool, professional, and easy to talk to. Mrs. Reathel was absolutely AMAZING! The effort she put into making sure I was taken care of really set her apart. The apartments look just like they did online, which I really appreciated. The area is quiet and tucked away, which makes it feel peaceful, and the property itself is very nice. Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to sign here!

First off I love the 2 bedroom apartment I toured. I love the space and the big walk in closet. But most of all Angela is amazing. I loved her personality she explained everything and was very helpful and kind.. definitely was a great help.

Frankie was so nice he made the tour quick and easy! Answered all of my questions from fees and utilities to apartment amenities. The complex is quiet and pretty clean from the drive and quick walk around the grounds that I experienced. I love that the management team is always located in office on the grounds so they are easy to contact. The rent is amazing for location, it’s pretty close to restaurants, night life, and close to the freeway.

I have lived her 3 different times. The Continent is amazing their welcome is unmatched.Angela is top tier.

I love the invitations from Frankie and Angela to come and tour the unit, very heartfelt and professional from both. I felt great energy when pulling onto the property. When I entered the unit....I felt home for me and my Grand Daughter. I thanked Jesus before receiving a confirmation on application.

Nick facilitated my tour and was just as friendly and informative. They were both knowledgeable with my questions and even answered questions I didn't know I had. I had some follow up questions while completing my application online, and Nick was happy to help walk me through a few questions over the phone. The property is nice. Updated, clean, and well maintained. I can't wait until move in day!

I recently moved into my first apartment here at continent village apartments and I am very happy with the decision I made. The staff at the leasing office were very professional and courteous with me when I contacted them about leasing an apartment. The first person I talked with on the phone was Rethal and she was really great to work with in explaining to me everything I needed to know about the apartment I was interested in. The same goes for the rest of the staff at the leasing office whenever I talked with them. Always helpful and friendly. I love this place, and I highly recommend it.

I don't live here yet- hopefully soon! - but already having a great experience with Frank, as he has helped me through email, on the phone, and in person with quick responses to all my questions and touring my potential new home! I have no doubt that living here will be a great experience based on his service so far. Highly recommend checking out this complex if you're in the market.

I went in for to look for an unit to move into. Spoke with Frank and he was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We toured with Frankie and saw the two bedroom/two bathroom apartment on the third floor—He showed us a layout with tons of space with beautiful flooring and was able to answer every question we had with ease. If you're thinking about living here, definitely book a tour and get in there while the units are still available!

The continent village has AMAZING people!! Miss Angela was my favorite! She was so patient and kind with me and showed me so much grace. It truly is a wholesome experience living here, very welcoming. Thank you Miss Angela!

This place saved me. It is so huge for just one bedroom, and I had absolutely no problems while I lived here. Would def recommend to anyone who's single or doesn't have credit.

Tyrae was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns. It's a great location, close to everything I need, and it's very quiet. It's a nice, friendly place to live, and I feel very safe and comfortable
