I definitely recommend The Conley Apartments to anyone searching for their next place to call home. I’ve lived at several different apartments in Cedar Park, Leander and Austin and this is, by far, the very best complex. The staff are wonderful and willing to listen to you and they communicate well. There are so many amenities here! The the pool, gym, clubhouse, outside area with lots of areas to relax are well maintained. My apartment is so spacious with upgrades. I absolutely love it here and I don’t plan to ever move! That’s how much I love it here!

Ive lived in May apartments throughout my life, however the professionalism and kindness of the property management here is something that I have not once come across. Everyone that works at this property is welcoming and helpful. The amenities are always up-kept and accessible. the Trash Vallet is the worst idea Ever , keeping breeze ways smelling bad and dirty all the time , also going to the pool with my family is something that I would not do because of people drinking inside the pool , dogs around the pool , teen agers from not from the Conley community , people playing music around the pool , I don't feel safe bringing my 4 year old daughter to the pool at all .

Fue una experiencia muy mala por qué el apartamento me lo entrégaron sucio por falta de personal de limpieza eso fue lo que me dijeron en la oficina se supone que le dan a uno Una fecha para entregarlo limpio y habitable y ami me lo entregaron inavitable fue muy mala experiencia por que ese día de mi mudanza tuve que traer gente que me ayudara a limpiarlo fue muy mala experiencia para mí no se lo deseo a nadie por que uno con el estrés de la mudanza y todavía haciendo limpieza profunda para poder sentirme cómoda y poder acomodar mis cosas nunca me imaginé tan mala experiencia alguien que valla a mudarse aquí le recomiendo que lo venga achecar antes de traer su mudanza por qué yo cometí en error que cuando vine Aque me entregaran las llaves me traje un viaje de mis cosas por qué me vine confiada que me lo iban a entregar en perfectas condiciones y no fue así

Good afternoon Maria, I am deeply sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with moving in. Our job is to make sure that residents are comfortable and happy in their homes at all times, and I completely understand that was not the case for you. I spoke with Athena about the situation, and she stated that she had offered an additional clean be completed this week with our cleaning company; however, that was turned down. I would like to discuss other options with you to make this situation right and move forward on a better note. While the company we use is a professional apartment cleaning company, and we walk vacant apartment homes multiple times, I understand that sometimes the cleaning may not be up to everyone's standards. Very good neighborhood, I like it because it is very quiet. Everything works very well. The spaces are very well distributed, the recreation places are excellent.

I like the modern finishes. My unit's layout is compact but doesn't feel small because of the open concept and high ceilings. I like that the bathroom can be accessed without going through the bedroom.

This is the best apartment I have every stayed at. It's clean, safe, and quiet. The pool is amazing, and gym is pretty nice as well. Apartment is overall excellent.

The Conley is my first apartment and it couldn’t be a better place to live at. The floor plans are spacious and it is a very friendly community. The amenities are fantastic and the office staff is very accommodating. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

I have only lived here for a couple of months and so far it has been pretty nice. I had an issue with my fuse box a couple days after moving in but after placing a simple maintenance request, it was fixed the next day and I have not had any other issues since. The parking situation is not ideal but that is to be expected when living in an apartment complex with other residents in the same building.
