Property Ratings at The Conifers
I have been staying in this apartment complex since 1.5 years now and must admit that my experience has been very pleasant here .They have a mini playground with a few benches to sit around which is good for the kids to play .The best thing about living here is the turnaround time for your maintenance issues to be resolved .They have the best maintenance guy ever to take care of this . The only thing missing in this apartment is a fitness center .I feel that not having the fitness center is the only reason i would ever leave this complex .I hope they upgrade their amenities soon to include a fitness center with basic equipments and help retain people who otherwise have every reason to stay back here .
A very quiet community that is minutes from everything. The community is kept very clean and manicured.
