Very beautiful

We did the walk through, around the property and apartments. The outside and surrounding area is very very clean and up kept. The neighborhood is very nice, clean, and quiet. The apartments are exactly as expected and advertised.

Very Helpful Management, Quiet, and Affordable

I have had a very positive experience with the Confluence. Alma and Priscilla were very responsive and helpful during the leasing process. The units are well kept, clean, and a great price for the area! Overall the complex is older but is extremely well kept. The location is right next too a shopping center and light rail for easy downtown access. I could not be happier with the level of service from Alma and Priscilla. The Confluence is a great complex if you are looking for a quiet place outside of downtown.

Awesome

We’ve been here for a month and Priscilla & Alma are awesome! Not sure where the complaints come from? They’re really accommodating & nice and there weren’t any issues with our move in. The apartment is super quiet and the neighborhood is great too. The apartment is really spacious and the renovations go along way

renters beware!!

new management is horrible!! i noticed in a previous comment they actually had the nerve to say they never increased rent. TELL THAT TO MY 2 RENT INCREASES WITHIN A 3 MONTH PERIOD!! mangament is extremely rude and unprofessional and without a single care about the tennants quality of life. complaints go unheard and unacted. it seems they will even retaliate against you if you address a problem or mention you dont like the way they are changing things. the confluence is beyond shady!! stay away from this place!!

Huge rent increases

Do not be fooled these apartments are indeed evicting people in order to get tenants in with a huge rent increase. Dozens have been given 90 day notices with no explanation. The manager is very unprofessional and work orders take more than a week for a response.

Priscilla and Alma are the BEST!!

I and my fiance have been looking for a place and came across the Confluence. Priscilla was the first person i spoke with and she made me feel at home. Very respectful and answered all my questions. I explained my situation to her and she was able to accomidate my needs. That day i met Alma, who is the onsite manager and both ladies won me over with their hospitality and the willingness to help. Today is my move in day and honestly i couldnt have done it without the help from these two ladies. They are remoldeling the property and it has GREAT potential. If your looking for a great place to live and wonderful people to be your managers i suggest you come here and give Priscilla and Alma a try.

Horrbile Managment, Dirty laundry Rooms & Work Orders not completed

Don't be fooled by the pictures. The Confluence Apartments are horribly ran. Rent increases every 30 days, work orders never completed, dirty swimming pool, "gym" has machines that don't work, stolen mail, and Property Manager Alma is rude and yells at tenets. They will bully you and increase your rent at every opportunity they have. Renters Beware!

Just to clarify, we have not raised any rents at all however, we are doing a lot of improvements to the property that will provide a better quality of living for all our residents. We understand that change may sometimes be difficult but please keep in mind that we are here for you and for any concerns you may have. In the interim, please excuse our dust and noise. Soon all our residents will have a wonderful Business Center and a brand new Gym that will have new equipment for all our residents to take advantage of. Affordable

If your looking for a place to stay near sac state this is it. I pay 785$ flat no water bill. for a two bedroom. We had brand new carpet and flooring and I been living here for over a year. The place is pretty quiet. The neighborhood may not look as appealing but you will get over it fast.
