The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Concord
I recently moved into my new apartment, and the experience has been fantastic. The property is well-maintained, clean, and offers all the amenities I was looking for. A special shout-out to Jeanie and Jennifer, who were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. They made the transition smooth and were always available to answer any questions I had. Their professionalism and friendliness truly made a difference. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live!
Long story short... Stay far away! Do not listen to anything they say as you will be lied to the entire time. Drove about 1 hour away and when we got there they said they didn't have any apartments available, even though we spoke to them on the phone the night before and they said there was availability. Please don't waste your time and go elsewhere!
Pool is supposed to be heated and it was newly open last year. It was never fixed and it's been a year
