Midwest City is a medium-sized suburb located about eight miles east of Downtown Oklahoma City. This planned community sits directly north of Tinker Air Force Base, making it an ideal suburb for military personnel. Most of Midwest City consists of residential neighborhoods holding affordable apartments and single-family homes for rent.
There are many events, celebrations, and places of cultural interest in and around Midwest City. One event is the “Made in Oklahoma Wine, Beer and Food Festival” held annually in May. This event includes a motorcycle show, live music, food, and drinks from local vendors as well as an air show. For military buffs, there is a display of several retired Air Force Fighter Planes located on 29th Street across from the military base. Additional green spaces in town are located along Soldier Creek and provide playgrounds, trails, and picnic facilities.

It’s apartment living! I give it 5 stars 100%! Tabitha is beyond amazing making sure all the residents are taken care of 100% of the time! Between normal issues you have in apartments her and James are always on it to get your issues resolved ASAP! The complex grounds are kept clean, the laundry center is always clean as well. It’s a very safe environment & residents are like family! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looks for a good place in Midwest city!
Hey there, I wanted to personally share my insight on living in Concord. So, I have been here for 3 years. The complex I can say is always evolving in the best ways. We have a manager (Heather B.) whom is very diligent with keeping Concord a welcoming atmosphere. I would best describe this as a safe place to raise children, definitely has a welcoming office center where your wants and needs are heard and stop in for coffee before work. I know how busy mornings can get and this is truly appreciated. I appreciate that Heather has taken the time out of a busy day to get to know my children. I know if there is anything that may pose as a potential issue , she makes sure to reach out to me and voice any concerns.. bus stops etc. I appreciate the concord community as well. All the tenants get to know each other and the level of respect is something everyone can benefit from. Had a few minor issues in my apartment with my fridge and A/C, Those were addressed immediately. Since becoming a resident a few years ago... one of the things that stuck out for me was NO BUGS!!! They perform a routine visit I believe once a month or every two months. I understand how aggravating that can be coming home from a long day at work and having to deal with that.. Not HERE!!! If your new to the area this is a very decent place to live especially with children , schools near by etc.
I love the staff heather always make sure the property looks good and things are taken care of in a timely manner....
Grounds and apartments are kept in great condition and everyone there is quiet and respectful.
I cannot say enough good things about this place! First of all the management is amazing and is a pleasure to work with. The grounds are beautiful, especially the pool! Management hosts events for the tenants which are always a blast! Highly recommend Concord if you are looking for a great place to live in midwest city!
I went couple or times to check the complex. Very friendly neighbourhood and professional management services. Their first line of duty is customer service. what else do i need!
I only lived here 1 yr and it was time to go. The manager was not helpful. They kept almost half my deposit at move out time for no genuine reason. The manager said I should have turned my key in the night drop and charged rent for days I had already moved out. The school district where the apartment is located is however awesome.
The manger, Heather and the maintenance man, James are both awesome. They have always taken care of my questions and maintenance issues very quickly and have been very nice about it. I have lived at places where you have to contact the office every day and still can't get anything done so these apartments have been a welcomed change.
After looking at several houses and dealing with several different home renters and leasing agents, coming to this apartment complex specifically for the area and schools. I came here and Tami with her open and friendly demeanor was a breath of fresh air. Of course having to go through the normal application process like everyone else, just having her great customer service was hands down THE BEST. Property was clean, neighborhood was quiet and I hope we will become residents and part of their community. Prices are great for the area. So far my best MWC apartment/ home hunting experience! I do recommend giving this complex a try based off our experience so far!!
I love my apartment complex! It's in a quiet, clean, safe area of Midwest city with every place you need right around the corner!!! The *NEW* manager Lisa and maintenance are wonderful - always pleasant and helpful!! :)
