The Concord Apartments

We have lived here since 2022 and have nothing but great things to say! Our property manager is fantastic and maintenance is very quick! It is very clean,quiet and cozy.

I’ve lived at Concord Apartments for 4 years and it’s been an awesome experience. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, the management and staff are amazing, and the landscaping is beautiful. Plus, it’s in a great location close to restaurants, shopping, and the lake. Highly recommend!

We've been living at Concord for 2 years and our experience has been exceptional. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. They are very communicative regarding any maintenance or issues, and host social events regularly for the apartment community as well. The apartments are nicely designed and maintained. They also offer amenities such as an indoor pool and hot tub, an outdoor pool, tennis courts, garages for rent, and a fitness center. We love living here and would highly recommend it to anyone searching for an apartment.

I lived there 11 years. The only reason why we left was because we retired and moved to northern Wisconsin. Paige is a very professional and very helpful manager. She was always on top of issues that needed to be addressed. We will miss her and Journey. The maintenance crew were always friendly and on top of repairs on this older property. I will miss my daily chats with Carl, Chad and Mike. The night office crew were always friendly and helpful also. I highly recommend renting at Concord.

Friendly and quiet neighbors. The grounds are kept, clean, and safe, and the buildings are secure. Maintenance is always on top of any issues that arise. Overall a great place to live! Plus you have all season pool acces! What more could you ask for! :)

My husband and I moved here almost 6 years ago and we still love it! So much space and very quiet area! The area itself is safe and so is the building. Our last place was not as nice and welll kept as this one is! Having a great manganment team and maietince staff is a plus! We hope to continue to live here as long as we can! All the amenities, like the pools aare fantiastic, espically in the summer, when they have the outdoor pool open!

My boyfriend and I just moved in not to long ago. We love the office staff- Caitlyn and Paige are super helpful and get back to us quickly. We love having the option on the on-site pool and gym!! Definitely recommend.

We currently live in an upgrade unit and we love it. We love everything about Concord! The neighbors are so friendly and the staff is amazing.

My daughter loves it here except for still being charged for the amenities that have been unable to be utilized since the pandemic. Seems like a monthly credit is in order since the hot tub and indoor pool has been closed for almost a year.

The staff was very great and helpful they answer all my questions , when i need Something fixed maintenance is there right away to fix it. Overall great place to live !

We lived at the concord for 5 years and loved it! The management and maintenance is amazing. We only left because our family is growing and we bought a home. I still recommend the concord to my family and friends!

To begin this property is NOT smoke free though they may tell you that when you tour. This caused issues with our neighbors who are chain smokers and led to them harassing us constantly and making false police reports. The management shrugged and said to call the cops as this is not an issue for them to solve, management then told us that those neighbors are just trying to get out of their lease and to not worry. Apartment itself is extremely outdated, moldy windows and crappy A/C units. They do not have extra A/C units though they tell you that when you tour. Finally, get ready for the smoke alarms to go off all hours of the day. It gets so bad it takes around 20 minutes for the firefighters to show up and no one goes out anymore for the alarm. Stay far away.

Decent size rooms but it’s very outdated. We asked for a new oven and we’re still waiting. The walls are thin. The appliances are outdated. Especially the shared laundry room. Let’s hope this new manager will know what respect is. And not be so snotty. Other than that the experience has been good besides the manager and outdated appliances.

Rebecca does an excellent job managing the complex. Very prompt and professional. Everything is always very nice here.

I find the apartments here to be extremely spacious. The rent for my one bedroom is very reasonable considering heat and water is included, the amount of square footage, massive closet space, and the indoor/outdoor pool, whirlpool, and fitness area access. I find being here to be very quiet, which is great for my studies. The common areas of the buildings and the grounds are well kept and clean. The staff is friendly and treats their renters with respect and kindness, which is something I appreciate. They are always willing to respond to questions or concerns by email or phone call as soon as they possibly can. Maintenance staff seems to be very quick with repairs as well. I also appreciate the community atmosphere The Concord presents to its renters. They provide monthly newsletters informing us about not only what is going on around here, but also events being held in the Racine area. I have recommended The Concord to friends, and they love it here too!

Great staff, nice landlord, indoor and outdoor pool, tennis court, very nice club house. I would recommend it to anyone.

I've lived here 5 years. Best place I have ever rented. Great neighbors & the best management staff. You're treated like family not just some renter. I plan to live here for as long as I am able. This place is truly my home.

We really enjoy living the Apartment life here at the Concord Apartments. We enjoy the opportunities we have to take a dip in the pool and walk around the lovely grounds. We especially appreciate the large green space outside our windows which allow us to watch the birds and squirrels and their entertaining antics. We cannot say enough about the great Management team! We've always received prompt attention to any concerns!

My apartment is spacious and there is ample closet space. The neighborhood, however, is getting worse and worse (including two murders within a week a few blocks away). The property does have two nice pools that are rarely crowded and a fitness room (outdated, but it's still a free fitness room!). I've had multiple issues with appliances breaking (dishwasher, garbage disposal, community dryer has been broken for over a month and nobody comes to fix it). Office staff is nice, and most neighbors are friendly. It's an ok place to live - great for younger adults just getting started or with roommates.

I've lived in apartments my entire adult life and the Concord is by far the best. The apartments and the grounds are very well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful and the indoor and outdoor pools are a great bonus. I can't forget the tennis court too. I've felt safe and comfortable from the day I moved in.

I lived here for two years until I recently bought a house. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Concord. The office staff is beyond friendly and maintenance responds to your requests usually on the same day that you call. The indoor pool and whirlpool is an added bonus. I referred several colleagues and they also have so many positive things to say. I highly recommend living here!
