Property Ratings at The Colony Apartments
The Colony has been a frustrating place to live. From unresolved noise complaints to inconsistent maintenance and unclean apartments at move-in, the community falls far short of expectations. Management is unresponsive to tenant concerns, and basic issues are often ignored or dismissed. Living here has been a constant source of stress, and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a well-managed, comfortable community.
It is a safe and very lively community, the management was a really big help and was understanding as well as being easy to work with.

The Colony apartments is an absolute wonderful place to live. The management is very Professional, Friendly, and caring. Any issue I have brought to their attention was resolved Immediately. The apartment itself is beautiful as well, I've never had any issues with my apartment.
We have lived at The Colony Apartments for about 5 years, and we are quite comfortable here.
During my move-in, I encountered several problems related to the apartment and its price. I was specifically looking for an option with stainless steel appliances. The management informed me that only one option with that upgrade was available, so I chose a second-floor unit to get a cheaper price. I recommended the apartments to a friend before my move-in. After talking with my friend, I discovered he is paying $100 less than me for a first-floor unit with stainless steel appliances. This is unacceptable to me, especially since I signed a 13-month lease. Additionally, I have had the following issues with my apartment: Main Bedroom Toilet: It was spilling water during flushing (Fixed). Air Conditioner: It is making a lot of noise, and the filter is moving from one side to another (Work Order Open). Washer: It is making a very loud noise and moving a lot in the laundry room (Work Order Open). Main Bedroom Shower: The shower needs a replacement of the tub faucet gasket. When I turn on the shower, a lot of water continues to come out of the tub faucet, causing a loss of pressure in the shower (Pending to open Work Order).

Me & my Wife have resided at the Colony apartments for close to nine months now & have really enjoyed our time there. The covered parking is a great benefit, the pools are very nicely maintained and the gym is full of modern work out equipment.

We just recently moved in Wednesday prior to the Memorial Day weekend and there has been a couple of issues with the apartment that needed to be addressed. However, Management has been responsive & those items have since been corrected. Overall satisfaction is high & we are very pleased with the apartment at this time.

We have been living here for nearly three years now. We really love living here at the Colony. It has been a great experience for us who came from another state to make a new home for ourselves. Although we did not want to go back to apartment living, we have learned to really love living here. The ladies at the office are always great! They work well with their whole team to make sure their tenants are taken care of. During the whole covid pandemic, they have made sure to keep everything going well.

The apartments feel like home, with washer and dryers, spacious rooms and kitchen with lots of storage space. I can finally feel pride of my apartment when inviting people over instead of embarrassed. The staff actually cares about concerns you may have and quickly works to address them.

The manager Samantha made me feel like a real part of the Colony family. As a long time resident (7 years), I lived in 3 different size units. each one larger, more convenient and luxurious. Of course I had maintenance issues from time to time, but they were taken care of in a reasonably prioritized time. It was always a pleasure to pay my rent in person which gave me an opportunity to talk with the office folks - I'll miss that a lot! But being 80 and needing more personal care, my daughter wanted me to live with family in their 4 bedroom home, which I've done. I'll miss the pool, gym and all else the Colony offers, especially the people. Thank you and God bless you all...

The Colony Apartments in Casa Grande provide an excellent living experience for old and young. The washer and dryers in each apartment make life so much easier than going out to do laundry. The kitchens are open and efficiently designed. The fitness center has state-of-the-art equipment and the two pools make cooling off fun and convenient. The office and maintenance staff keep the community clean and functioning well. The best Casa Grande has to offer.

Every situation Ive had in my apartment the maintenance staff have been quick to fix the issue. They are well knowledgeable on what they are doing. Good job
