Staff has always been super friendly and kind but we have yet to be able to view the apartment type we are renting-only seen a 2 bed and we have a 4. Also would be helpful to provide a list of measurements for windows, etc

Maintenance is quick to answer service requests. Our house is spacious. The gates don’t work consistently, and neither does the printer at the clubhouse.
Overall a nice experience and friendly neighborhood! My only complaints are emergency maintenance never answers (which sucks during emergencies) and the front gate to get in is never closed so homeless people come to the pool
I love the Collective! The amenities are amazing and the management is awesome!! I highly recommend the Collective to anyone who is interested

I love it here! Great place to live as a student and feel at home. The amenities are awesome and I spend a lot of time either at the gym or pool because they are so nice! The community is fantastic!
