Property Ratings at The Cole
Terrible experience. Not returning for my next internship and full time jobs here later. And I advise you not to do so either. Not only are the corridors and rooms extremely smelly, the trash disposal is the worst I’ve seen. You have to contact the office to gain access to the trash room for big things, and only if the main contact Hannah is not on leave. I contacted her that I want to dispose of my small boxes, and she told me that small boxes can be left outside of the room for valet pickup. But when I did so, I got a trash violation notice misstating the facts; it actually said that I put trash outside my room without a trash bag. Very unwelcoming for an apartment of this price. Never coming back, and advising the same to my vast contacts in columbus.

The Cole, let me start by saying that it's a wonderful apartment complex with living spaces in a wonderful location in downtown Columbus. It's a truly a nice place to live, but keep in mind that you are paying for what you get and you are definitely for it paying. Also caution about the noise, outside of the train the runs by a few times a night there is a lot of noise pollution from the streets.

When it comes to being close to downtown and being close to everything happening, the Cole is hands down the best. The staff is the best along with having a nice place to live and come home to. Reservations include road noise and having to assess the apartment through a series of doors is difficult for groceries but the view makes up for it.
