I am not gong to lie and say this is the nicest apartment complex ever, and there are one or two things that are less then ideal. But this place is awesome. The staff is friendly and competent, the apartment is roomy, having washer and dryer in the unit is really convenient and its right next to Walmart. The water shuts off every Wednesday, (thankfully I am usually at work), and sometimes it takes a while for maintenance to get to the problems but they do get solved. The pool is still not available, but I am excited for when it is. Overall, this property deserves 4 stars.

We've been living here for 2 years,and this is the best apt experience we've had in a long time. Maintenance are fast to fix anything needed .Every morning they are picking up around the apts and taking care of the the property.Most other apts look like a grey prison.The Clusters staff work hard to make the apts a great place to live .

I've been here since may and has had 2 reports of shootings in the complex, trash everywhere, staff is rude, a ton of hidden fees , no walking trail, dog park, and horrible fitness center. Pools always closed. Don't fall for there fake reviews. JUST REMEMBER 2 PEOPLE HAVE BEEN MURDERED SINCE MAY 2022.
I am always pleasantly surprised by the maintenance staff, as well as the girls in the office! All of them are so sweet and I truly feel at home here I also feel obliged to mention that the Clusters is in the PERFECT spot in Midland! It is right next to Walmart, Texas Roadhouse, Wendy's, Regal Cinema, Bush Tennis Center, and so much more! This complex is in the most convenient location in Midland! If you have kids as I do, the nearest schools are only as far as ten minutes away. I myself have a 7-year old, 12-year old, and 17-year old, and they are all within 10 minutes of the complex. This is a perfect spot in Midland, and I highly recommend The Clusters to anyone looking for a location with a wide variety of things near them!

Where to start? I and my little family absolutely loved living here! Unfortunately, we moved out of the complex a couple of weeks ago due to family emergencies in another state, however, while we were there(around a year I would say) it was nothing but impressive! The staff and maintenance guys always fix something when I have complaints, and they respond quickly when doing so. Plus, the gym is always nice and clean (I and my husband are gymaholics), and so are the pools! The grounds are also always picked up and tidy as well, and the property is beautiful! We love the Clusters!

I have been living at the Clusters for about 8 months now and have had no negative experiences while living here! One honorable mention is that at the previous apartments I lived at in my hometown, the grounds were extremely unkempt and there was always trash and dog poop all over the complex! At this property, however, there has been an amazing upkeep of grounds! I am super impressed with this complex in comparison to my old apartment!

Terrific people, both maintenance and office staff! Lovely outside areas. Being a single woman nearing retirement age it is a great comfort to me to feel safe walking around no matter what time of day! Parking can be a little tight, but having the option to have a reserved spot by my front door solved this issue for me. My grandkids love coming to visit me and going to the pool where on one occasion we were even treated to an ice cream. I am hoping to be able to remain here for a very longtime.

Where do I start! I have been living at the Clusters for around 2 and a half years now, and I have been all but disappointed! The ladies in the office are always very welcoming and up for a conversation, and the maintenance team has always been super good about responding to my complaints in good time! I have also been extremely impressed by the two pools on property! I love to take my son there on the weekends during the summer, and he always enjoys it, as well!

I have lived at the Cluster's for several years. The office staff is very attentive to me and my dog. We come by simply for her to get a good dose of love and dog treats. The pool area and tennis court/dog park is our favorite! We love living here!

I have had a superb experience while living at the Clusters. The office staff is top notch, the maintenance staff is responsive. Landscaping is something out of east Texas… TREES AND GRASS… you don’t feel like you are in a west Texas desert. I have just signed my third renewal, which was a pleasant surprise as my rent went down!!! Where else does this happen! I give this place 10 out of 10!

I have lived at The Clusters for about a month now and I absolutely love being here! The landscaping is like strolling the Texas Hill Country! I walk my little puppy every day and she just loves being outside, me not so much, so the trees and beautiful green grass helps with our walks. I moved here from east Texas a few years ago and really miss the trees so being here helps me feel at home! I am very impressed with all the office staff! The girls in the office are so friendly and always make me feel welcome when I come in the office. And last but not least the location could not be any better! Everything you need is right here!

This place is HORRIBLE!!! Sooo many problems and they fix NOTHING!!! No a/c for a week, have to boil water for a hot bath, rains inside, ants, just to name a few! These bad reviews are real people!! Look elsewhere!! I only gave the one store because I had too, they don’t even deserve 1!
No pride given no cares taken. The pool area is constantly trashed. No one picks up there dog poop and it is out of control. People feeding all the stray cats that have multiplied into a ton that poop and pee on everything. There always seems to be a water leak somewhere. People leaving there trash by the dumpster instead of putting it in. And with all of this going on the staff doesn't even seem to care.
My fiance and I applied to an apartment here. The apartments are gorgeous. The office manager recommended that since we aren't married yet, and I wouldn't be moving in until after the wedding, for my fiance to go ahead and apply under his name, and add me to the lease later on. We were fine with that. We payed $150 in fees AND put down a $300 deposit, only to be denied an apartment! She claims was "uncomfortable" approving us. After we did exactly what she recommended we do, and she knew that my income needed to be included as I would be living there shortly after he moved in! The $300 deposit was refundable within 24 hours, so we are getting the deposit back. But not for 30-40 days! That means that it will be almost 2 months before we receive our deposit back. Completely ridiculous. We feel scammed and lied to. I would not recommend this property.
I've lived at The Clusters for more than 3 years and really like living here. You can't beat the location; close to shopping, restaurants and the loop so it's easy to get to where ever you want to go. The staff is great - friendly and responsive whenever I have any maintenance issue and I haven't had many of them. I love the setting and it's pretty peaceful; I have never had any issues.
This used to be a great place to live, but it has gone downhill. There's shootings and drugs, which I understand can happen anywhere. It has become more consistent here. The grounds are not kept up. The swimming pool is always green with black mold around the surfaces. There is always water leaking somewhere and roofs are starting to leak. I have always liked the clusters until the past year. It is not what it used to be. The only positive is the staff.
I have lived here about 2 months and I absolutely love it. Not only is it super convenient to restaurants and shopping, but the staff is great. Neighbors are quiet too. the grounds are pristine and staff sincerely listen to any concerns about my apt ive had (which was only about my garbage disposal) and came immediately to fix it. I love living here and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
The most quitest and well groomed complex in the city. Every food chain restaurant, grocery and department store are all within minutes of each other which is very convenient. The staff is awesome and will go to great lengths to make sure that their residences are completely satisfied.. Would highly recommend The Clusters..

These apartments are in a great location with fantastic shopping on the North side of Midland. The landscaping is always maintained and highly cared for. Neighbors are a community of good people who look out for each other. The office staff is exceptionally kind.
New management has changed much around The Clusters, some good and some bad. The good includes some physical improvements to the property and the bad includes hidden fees and decreased service. I have lived at the Clusters for four years but now it is time to go.
Mollie is very helpful and made the experience a lot easier. The grounds/ pool are nice and well taken care of. There are a lot of walking trails for pets. Residents keep their apartment porches clean and there are plenty of places to park. Units are older, but they are renovating. I had brand new appliances, paint, and faux wood flooring when I moved in. The spray for pests and the maintenance team is very prompt to do any repairs. I had a leak in my kitchen and they fixed it the same day and even followed up the next week to make sure the issue was taken care of!
Really friendly staff (Mollie)...very clean....lots of trees and grass.... A lot of shade for pets....not the most modern appliances but in good condition
The apartment grounds are so beautiful compared to any others we compared. The staff is very professional and friendly! Lots of amenities club house, pool,fitness and dog friendly walk area around complex. Very pleased with our choice!
