Most efficient services with cordial and helpful staff ready to help when I needed it. Even though my circumstances were changing Ms McCurdy kept me in mind for any possible opening and I was able to get an apartment closest to my needs with flexible duration of leasing.I would recommend it highly if you are moving to Sheboygan you will find the staff and especially Ms Barbara ready to hep you anytime going out of her way
People need to pick up after their dog and stop smoking weed.
The maintenance of the building sucks!
This is my first apartment and first time being on my own. Along with the rest of the staff, Dawn has been very flexible and helpful in my opinion. I've had other family members live here all of whom have also had good experiences leading to their recommendations to apply. I'm always glad there's a spot for my dog to roam when I take her out! Also, I appreciate how approachable and hard working the staff are!
When researching apartments on craigslist I came across The Club at Oak Creek. From the get-go, Barbara was very helpful and prompt in her responses when I worked to find a place to live in Sheboygan. The leasing process was very quick, when I had a clarification question about the lease it was cleared up very quickly, and I was absolutely delighted by the move-in process (welcome package and a warm welcome from the management staff!) The apartment itself is great, spacious, nice balcony, spacious closet space, etc. The property is very well maintained with mature trees and aesthetic landscaping. I very much enjoy living here at The Club at Oak Creek.

I am loving this place so far. The response is fast and they care.
This place has so many problems inside and out. When we moved in we were not told of previous work that had been done and it caused us to get a leaky bathroom ceiling, bathroom sink, and living room wall. They have been aware of all this since September and things are still not getting fixed. Snow removal is done horribly and last minute every time and make it seems like the tentants are the bad people.
Let me start off with the fact that in every apartment (whole buildings) , always have a strong cat/dog oder in the hallways, there is no camera securities , no buzzers to get inside your apartment building (totally unsafe). Their "house keeping" crew is only one lady and she seems to not have any motivation to actually take the time to clean the workout area/ club house, and every time you approach her she is bluntly rude. The club house/ gym had an intensive amount of fruit flies from who knows what, the gym part of the place is never wiped down (not even the equipment, and I can tell by all the dust that accumulates on the equipment,and imagine how many ppl touch all that stuff). Theres a fee for everything possible. When you go to the ladies in the office, to complain about something, instead of customers are always right, they will actually agglomerate and automatically have their employees backs rudely regardless of how serious the issue is, instead of having a professional act. So dont bother going to them for much.
They never wipe down their workout equipment, there’s some kind of fly/bugs in the gym/clubhouse the handful of times I went there (think of how many germs are on the dusty, touched everyday equipment,they have) . No cameras anywhere not even in parking lots where car alarms are constantly going off so who’s knows if someone’s actually breaking into cars or not. When you pay rent they give you up to three days to turn your check in but they still charge you for a late fee even if you turn your rent in on time and It’s solely their fault for not cashin the checks whithin those three days.
Horrible, dangerous place to live, horrible service and house keeping, horrible employees and office staff. also They never clean and wipe down the clubhouse and exercise equipment, where it is open to the public. One employee is a danger to children, There's a charge for everything you possibly can think of. The neighbors there are scheming someone kept trying to break into my apartment for about a month straight before I had to take matters in my own hands to get a Camera bc they wouldn't do much about it and they have no cameras anywhere here.. if you complain to to the office they don't really care or do anything in your benefit or to reassure her that you, the customer are always right especially if you feel like your children are in danger by a current employee that they have.
It's proven to be a good living choice. Nice management team and so far very responsive, grounds are kept up well, neighbors seem decent and the location is quiet but a short drive to the highway which is perfect.
This place looks nice at first glance. When you move here you realize how many of these apartments are drug hotspots and how often the police are actually called to this property. If you want your apartment to smell of weed, then this is the place for you.
They do not fix things. Dogs barking for 6 hours you tell them they do nothing...You have to call the cops to fix that. Washers and dryers broken...not them again you have to call another company. The place is to small for the amount. You can hear though the walls all night so if you need to wake up early for work you will not get much sleep. The people in the office are a joke they tell you they with fix things for you. Until finally two months later when you are finally tired of waiting and asking once again not their problem. You will have to go to a website, so you cant tell someone about the problems or talk to them in person. And their was a renters insurance that I wasn't aware of until the DAY of move in....Not a great place at all.
It is nice and quite. When things need to be fixed they send someone within a day or two. This is a very pet friendly place, so far I enjoy living here. The only thing I wish they would do is clean the pool on a daily basis throughout the summer.
I have been here almost 9 years. Nice people to work with and the apartments are clean and quiet. Also very affordable.
