Property Ratings at The Cloisters Townhouses
We have lived here for a little over two years and will be leaving soon because we bought a house. I am just so grateful that we found this place. It's an absolute hidden gem! The units are spacious and well-maintained, and you truly won't find a nicer place for the price. Big bedrooms, large basements, in-unit laundry, private fenced backyard, quiet community, well-maintained properties. On occasion I can hear my neighbors, but not so much that it really bothers me and that is to be expected in a townhome. Everyone in management and maintenance has been an absolute delight during our stay. I truly get the impression that they care and want us to be happy and comfortable. Any time that we've needed help or a repair, they arrive within a business day, often the same day. They've accommodated all of our requests, and we've felt well cared for. I would definitely recommend this community for anyone looking for a rental. It is walkable to great restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, coffee houses, parks, a library, etc. It has been a wonderful place for me and my family.
