Home to Lee University and Cleveland State Community College, Downtown Cleveland offers a vibrant, attractive hometown. Established in 1836, Downtown Cleveland is a historic district with beautiful architecture filled with boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants, and antique stores. The unique Back Alley Gallery, located behind the historic opera house Craigmiles Hall about a half block east of Ocoee Street, is a public art display that's a must-see. At the center of Downtown, Johnston Park provides a shady area walk, relax on a bench, or attend an event.
Some of Downtown Cleveland's events include the Cleveland Apple Festival, the Main Street Cruise-In (a classic car show), the Downtown Dine Around, and the Downtown Farmer's Market. To learn more about the Ocoee region, visit the Museum Center at 5ive Points. The museum also hosts special events and exhibits, such as the Tennessee Artists Series and the History Happy Hour.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Charlie
I moved in Bradley Place Apartments toward the end of March 2024. The start was concerning to say the least. A "refurbished" apartment wasn't, and it was next to impossible to get help of any kind. Fast forward to today, and THE CHARLIE is a home I love and am proud of. Brian came in (hair on fire, lol) and rolled up his sleeves and the improvements were immediate. It is exactly as we would expect and demand of a top shelf property. Jamie completes a spectacular team. If it needs attention, he's on it, and won't stop until it is taken care of THE RIGHT WAY. I didn't really enjoy my first few months if I am honest. NOW, I love living here. I feel at home, and most importantly, the management team makes each of us feel important and valued. Thanks to all involved in getting us support on property that listens and takes care of us>

Thank you for being part of our community. We’re so glad to have you here!
I moved here on May 1, 2021. It is an awesome place to live. Apartment manager is nice, she listens to you. Maintenance is great as well. If you have a problem they get right to it. The property is well maintained. It is nice and quite all hours. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
