Great and quiet community.Very clean. Neighbors are very nice and respectful. My only concern is that the gate takes to long to close after entering community. It takes over 5 minutes for it to close. And the community is great for morning and afternoon walk with views on the lake

The Charleston is a great place to live. From the spacious floor plans, the quiet neighborhood and the attached garage is a nice bonus. It is a tad pricey but you get what you pay for.

The community overall is great, well maintained, well located, but they could use more amenities, including bulk garbage removal, pickleball, access to clubhouse for activities and snacks, more areas of shade, places for children to play, more parking for guests.

Location and staff are great but the amenities don’t match the price anymore. Place needs some more updating. They did just paint which updated the buildings.

Easy move in and getting everything setup prior for the utilities helped. Absolutely love it here, the amenities, location and its quiet. The leasing staff was helping and all very kind. Would definitely recommend the Charleston.

On the whole the community is lovely. Great location nice layouts . The pool is outdated and the clubhouse has no access on sundays The staff is always changing and has no follow up skills.

The community is in a great location, its safe and spacious, but certain things like the amenities are very dated. The pool area needs an update. There is nowhere to go when it rains or if you don’t wanna sit in the sun, the umbrellas do not shade you enough or protect you from the rain. The clubhouse is not open on Sundays, which is a disadvantage for the residence.

Great community and neighbors. I can't really ask for more. We've been here for a few months, and although there's always a little room to improve, for example, the cards to enter the gym, there aren't major issues. This is the best community we've lived in, and although expensive, I would rather pay more for quality (up to a certain point, of course lol!).

Very organzied community and this makes living so much smoother. The front office personell are exceptional. Right smack in the middle of shopping is this peaceful, beautiful, hidden apartment community
Anytime I need help from the office, or if I need Charlie to fix something, everything is always perfect! They are super quick to help and nice at the same time. I absolutely love living here because it’s beautiful and I feel VERY safe.

The units are spacious, garage is included. Great location. The pool is outdated compared to other communities in the area. They could use cabanas type coverage to provide shading for those that don’t like the sun.
