Property Ratings at The Charles Florida
I’ve lived at The Charles Apartments for four years now, and it’s truly been a great experience. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels safe. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and quick to help with any requests or questions. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and everything I need day-to-day. What I appreciate most is the consistency — after four years, the quality of service and care hasn’t changed. It really feels like home, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live here.
Moving into the Charles was a breeze. Elizabeth was so friendly, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. We love how clean the community is.
I enjoyed staying at The Charles for a year. I was there for work and was able to get the full experience of Destin while there. It is in the heart of everything and easy to get to all the things you want to do in the area. The management team is attentive and are quick to resolve issues.
